Comfortable
I have scoliosis and after years of having lifting, I have worn down my back. My x-rays reveal arthritis and I’m nearly bone to bone contact in two places in my back. I struggle with pain control, and I do not like taking medication. This back brace holds me together and yet it allows me to breathe. I wore it for the first time yesterday, and when I came home from work, I was nearly pain-free. This is a very good back brace for what I have need for.

Most supportive back brace I've gotten
A few months back, I served in the US Air Force. Ended up getting a medical discharge due to a lower back injury and have had extreme pain in my lower back since. Since pain meds no longer work, I started using a brace more often and it works. With this one, you can adjust the tightness or looseness with two straps and it has a reinforced structure. 10/10 would recommend highly to anyone with lower back injuries

Best one yet.
I bought this support because I have 2 bulging disks and one ruptured disc. I was skeptical but I’m very pleased with the support it provides. I really like the rigid support for the spine on the back and the adjustable tension belts. The Velcro is strong enough to hold to provide good compression for pain relief. I like this. I recommend using this when you need a little extra support.

Go UP a size if your borderline on size or slightly overweight
I love this item it did actual STOP a throbbing back (I hv degeneration disc disease, sciatica & 3 herniated disc. To top it off I just found out I hv OSTEOPOROSIS "the chefs kiss" that is the hallmark of R.A which I unfortunately had before finding this new diagnosis through bone scan a week ago....🙄"Anyhow my back & hip pain had been getting worse I had a back brace from some years ago by a crappy company just dying to tale advantage of my good medical benefits. I'm retired disabled early from the govt. The brace I had yrs ago was over-priced (280!!?) & useless didn't fit either. Damn Medicare paying for crap!! So anyway I have to take "every" precaution now because I've had a few breaks I wanted a good support 4 my back.I researched almost a month online b4 I decided to try this one the reason why goes as follows--metal stabilizers, back triangle support for the curvature in your spine, metal springs in the side good for allowing a slight bend but very sturdy & durable, the heavy duty double elastic bands that pull either side to make it snug around your waist & allow you to maintain a stiff posture.I use this along with a posture corrector (that's another brace) to help keep my shoulders straight & back.I only have 1 issue with this & that is bc I am borderline due to meds that fluctuate my weight on the edge of Size Small. I am slightly over & even though my back pain STOPPED it left me w welts as I tightened it slight bit of my tummy sticking out as I struggled to pull it over completely. I shouldn't of done that 😶 it hurt. I sent a pic per request but not fully showing my belly as I was just arriving home & changing clothes so it doesn't show the under belly hanging out. I adjusted it & tried bit I just needed a size up. I love it though bc it helped my back pain just needed a size up which the c/s graciously assisted me with. The c/s is excellent as the day I recieved it they checked in to see how it was going. I am very impressed & I am going to get on for my other half who also had back issues & a hernia that needs surgery again. Also my closest girlfriend is going 2 get one after I told her my back pain stopped. Usually my back would actually click I would hear it as it would fall & violent pain I mean I could FEEL it move & grind!!With the brace my spine is "stable" & stopped twist & grinding & dropping. This is "MY EXPERIENCE THATS POSITIVE!!" It's NOT a cure all BUT till I have surgery it allows me to drive & function. I even slept with it on. But ""that's me"" this is bc it is hard to get up bc of my discs. I'm NOT saying this is a exception for medical treatment no I'm NOT but it is a great assistant in lieu of it to assist w pain. So it is a ((pain assistant & stabilizer)) that I am using it for my lower back & herniated discs. If I had to YES I would buy this manufacturer again. I would. They are sending a size up so I'll update after I get it.

The delivery time changed by days
The brace is light weight and fits under my jeans which is nicer than the last brace I had. Easy to put on and seems to work correctly. Really put off by the changing of Amazons fulfillment delivery dates after purchase.

Superb, after modification
I thought this brace was very comfortable right out of the package but the one thing I did NOT like was it was a bit too "springy" because the tightening straps are elastic and stretchy. I could never get the brace really tight the way I like. I was going to return it but upon looking more closely realized ONLY the bottom section of the straps were elastic and that I could replace those bottom sections of strap with regular inelastic webbing. I took a gamble and ordered this kit which has the same size webbing (32mm) along with slider buckles to secure it.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09N3KF7BZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I cut off those lower elastic sections and replaced them with the inelastic webbing and slider buckles, being careful to get the webbing in the same positions as the original. It worked like a charm, and turned this brace into exactly what I needed. Super firm and supportive with no springiness, it is the most comfortable and supportive brace I have ever used. I ordered a second brace so I have a backup and will replace those elastic sections of the tightening straps once I start using the second one. The velcro on this sort of strap does not last forever so I will be prepared when the time comes. My verdict is so so on the original version because I could not get it tight enough, superb after replacing the elastic portion of the tightening strap.

Works Great!
It’s easy to use and works great. The lumbar support really helps. The side straps allows you to easily adjust the tension without readjusting the entire belt. If you are lifting something, you can pull the straps more to make the belt tighter. When you just need the lumbar support, you can keep the straps looser.

Excellent back support, well made, excellent lower back support
Note: Purchased with my own funds, these are my own experiences.I have several back supports which I use every so often and this one is my favorite thus far. I have 6 other back-supports - some light duty, some heavy-duty, some with shoulder straps and some without, some with metal stints and some with plastic - like any tool I select the one that day best for the task so I like a variety of them. While I used to have back issues due to car injuries I've managed to regrow bone and such - I now use these when I backpack or might have a sore back from 'normal' causes (say poor seating at a restaurant or a long 17 hour direct jet flight). It will set up metal detectors (some I have use plastic stints rather then metal) so I keep it in carry on baggage then put it on in the airport washroom before a flight (a direct flight I use for me is 17 hours non-stop). I can carry up to 75% of my body mass in my 110 liter Kelty backpack, though normally I carry about 50% (mostly urban say grocery shopping and chores some camping or rugged duty in a rain-forest setting).Proper back support works to keep my lower-back from getting sore and prevents more serious injury when carrying a heavy loads (without a load I can walk about 60km without food/water despite being in my 60s). I got the idea to try this a long time ago when I saw some hiker use heavy boned corsets of all things. With a load in the backpack (or even a shopping cart) I've never suffered an injury or had any back issues later on. So it works VERY well for the prevention of lower back issues later on.My wife's recently used a lighter duty one (Orfus) I have for several days when she somehow pulled a back muscle. Using a belt right-away allows the swelling and pain to be gone in a few days rather then a month without one. In that sense they are handy to have hanging around 'just in case'.This one has a very, strong/stiff support (stint or bone) right behind the lower back which is AMAZING. The metal stint will flex slightly (just enough) and it really works great at keeping your back posture straight. The central metal stint is about 2" wide by 5" long and tapers slightly. There are 2 more stints on either side which are much more narrow but do a good job at support on the sides (total 5 metal stints). Out of all my back-support belts this one by far has the best metal stints (bones). The belt is very wide at the back, again, great for the prevention of lower back issues) - many belts are considerably narrower. The belt material from the outside metal stint has about 4" of mesh material (breathable) and is and nice and cool (overall you WILL build up heat, the belt does insulate, great in winter though). The Velcro used in various places is large and quit good. The smaller adjustment belts are well done an the tab is pretty easy (for me) to peel off and pull yet is flat. Overall the system used on this back-support works better then my other bests. There are no shoulder straps. For me its perfect the way it is - I have some back support with shoulder straps (I cross them) which sometimes are nice to have when working.I found the fit to be the best of all my back-supports when I require excellent lower back support (I got a medium size). Quality was very good, NO stitching defects and lots of strength in the materials used, Velcro tabs and design. An excellent product well worth the money and one which should last many years with proper care.

Just get it
Out of desperation i bought this belt with high hopes after diagnosed with a bulging lumbar disc. I am so glad i did. While it doesn’t take all the pain away it provides enough support and comfort to allow more movement which, is better for healing than bed rest. The belt came quickly, is well constructed and completely adjustable.

Wife loves it
She uses it basically every day and it's perfect for her size. It doesn't feel cheap, and doesn't weigh much, it's helped her a lot with back support and has stopped a lot of pain. Function wise it doesn't seem to have been an issue so far and works exactly as described.

Experience the difference for yourself!👍
I have been dealing with lower back pain for quite some time now, and I have tried numerous back support belts in the past. However, none provided the level of support and relief that the FREETOO Back Support Belt offers. The combination of the curved plate and widened Memory-aluminum strips in this back support brace is truly impressive. The support force provided by the aluminum strips is unmatched, and it has effectively eliminated my back pain. I suffer from sciatica and lumbar disc herniation, and this belt has been a game-changer for me.I also appreciate the adjustable design of this lumbar back brace. The four tension belts on the waist allow me to customize the compression level to my liking, providing maximum pain relief. The mesh knitting technology used in this belt ensures heat dissipation and ventilation, so I can wear it comfortably for extended periods without sweating. The attention to detail in the design of this back support belt is evident. The built-in spring support bars on the sides prevent the belt from rolling up during various activities, and the double seams ensure durability. I have put this belt through its paces, and it has held up exceptionally well.I am satisfied with the FREETOO Back Support Belt. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of support, comfort, and durability. I highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with back pain. Plus, with Freetoo's 100% satisfaction guarantee, you have nothing to lose (except some back pain😊). Give it a try and experience the difference for yourself.
