They work excellent to control the pain in my feet from standing all day at work but man did they make my feet sweat and eventually I had to stop using them.

Been suffering w pf for about 6 months now. I work in a warehouse and walk the concrete floor about 6-10 hours a day. It's BRUTAL on my feet. I've considered quitting my job or trying to get disability or something- anything- to get relief. I have massaged my feet, used tennis balls, a rolling pin, used tiger balm, taken aleve, applied heat/ice...everything you can think of. I found these online and thought it could help a little. But WHOA it's not a little help - these puppies offer complete foot pain relief. Like I can walk all night without any discomfort. No joke. I'll never ever be without a pair of these again. I don't understand how these can immediately relieve all of the pain, but they do. I cannot and will not walk without them. I'll go to the foot doctor for further evaluation/treatment but these get me through the terrible daily pain and I've completely regained my mobility. I even wear them inside of my house slippers so I can get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Get these you won't regret it.

Im a nurse working 13 hour shifts on my feet for a majority of that time. I am young and healthy, developed plantar fasciitis and bought these temporarily until I could get custom made orthotic slips for my shoes. I’ve worn these the last two nights and my severe foot pain is now mild at best, definitely worth a try. For reference I am a size 8 in shoes and these were rather big, I did have to trim the toe area for them to fit into my shoes.

I’ve noticed that the inserts are super helpful and help ease tension/pain for the first 4-5 hours of being on my feet but after 5+ hours the pain and tension starts to come back. I still would recommend because the inserts have made it easier to stay on my feet longer.

As an HVAC-R technician I am on my feet in work boots majority of the time. I got to the point where it hurt just to step out of bed in the morning. I tried different types of insoles including the ones where you stand on the machine and it tells you which ones to get and they never worked.I saw these when I decided to actually do my own research and figured they are much cheaper than others I've tried, so if they don't work it's not a big deal. WOW! They are unbelievable! I noticed within the first week the pain in my feet was reduced by about half and I was ecstatic! About a month later I realized I completely forgot I had foot pain! I am now on my 3rd set, they are absolutely amazing especially for the low price.Give them a chance, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed!

I have horrible Plantar fasciitis, and have to stand for work. The packaging was perfect, and arrived quickly. These come pretty big, BUT you’re supposed to cut them to fit your feet!!! Once you do that, they’ll go in your shoes perfectly fine! They were comfortable in my shoes at first, but took a couple hours to get used to, which was expected because it is a ‘foreign’ object in your shoe, so it’ll feel strange at first lol But I promise you’ll get used to it pretty quickly! As for pain relief, I noticed that while I was at work, I no longer felt pain in my heels/feet durning my shift, but once I got home and took my shoes off, the pain would come back. So I guess you could say the product WAS doing its job lol. I’ve had these for almost a year now (I think), and they’re completely flat now, so I’m probably going to buy another pair soon. Overall, I would recommend this product!

Ce qu’il a de mieux en semelle/voute plantaire à par la semelle sur mesure chez podologue.Faut savoir qu’elle est assez épaisse avec talon assez soulevé. Dans les petites chaussures mon talon a tendance à flotter car ttop haut placé.

Fidèle de la marque, je supposais que ces semelles pourraient m'aider mais il n'en a rien été. D'après mon kiné cela varie vraiment d'une personne à l'autre.
