Top quality pan, I recommend it. It is expensive for someone living in the UK (over £40 including £10 for delivery) but rather unique.

It does not work on induction hobs!
Despite Amazon UK claim that this works on induction hobs, it absolutely does not! I would have sent this back. However, I have a friend who has an Aga, which it will work on. So she has a nice birthday present. I have given a neutral star review as I think it may work very well on her hob.Amazon, please get this right. It cannot work on an induction hob as it is aluminium. I trusted the Amazon description rather than my own sense. I won't do that again!

The product is made well and sturdy, but it doesn’t work on induction.Although a purchased back in October, I’ve only just got round to use it and found it does work on induction
