I have only had a chance to use these rib racks once on the 4th of July, but they worked great. There is plenty of room to set the ribs in. For anyone wanting to barbecue ribs, this is the only way to go. Keeping the ribs up on their sides reduces burning and charing. Just turn once while you are slow cooking. I have had rib racks that fell apart within a year, after only a few uses. These seem much sturdier. Time will tell. Would be only greater if they were no stick.

Saves space and does a good don't have to flip

I have a Kamado Joe big joe smoker. I wanted to be able to do more than 3 racks of baby backs sometimes, but couldn't without this. These each hold racks on their sides. They are sturdy and well made. They are relatively easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. If you need more than 4, you can use both at once, but if the racks are too long you might have an issue fitting in the smoker (though you can cut of ends and things to make it work). I suppose with St Louis ribs that won't be as much of an issue as they don't extend as far out. Overall it was just needed to increase my smoker's capacity for ribs.

This product states that it holds 5 racks of ribs. There are only 4 slots wide enough to hold pork or beef ribs. The front slot, adjacent to the front handle, is half as wide as the other slots. It is way too thin to hold any rack of ribs, beef or pork, and should not be considered as a 5th slot. Very misleading....

Holds 4 racks per rack, which is more than enough for me. I have personally never made more than 3 at one time, so I am looking forward to making more at one time and getting a bunch of people over. Clean up and use of these rack racks is easy and simple.
