Probably the best map available; covers almost the whole country, not just the main tourist areas. One side has maps of the Nile valley from Alexandria to Aswan in 3 sections, the other side has most of the country (bit of desert in SW corner missing) and a street map of central Cairo.

we were travelling all over Egypt and the mix of close detail maps and larger scale maps were useful to gain a sense of perspective. egytp is a big country and this covers a lot of ground in enough detail for short stays in cities and travelling. a good companion to the rough guide.

We are going to El Gouna later in the year and my son always likes to have a map of where we are going. This one gives all the information we need for our trip and more and is just right.
