Best vitamins ever, literally taste and feel just like Swedish Fish!!! I have had these vitamins for less than 24 hours and I’m already counting down the hours before I can take my next dose. I live in Wisconsin with food allergies, so it is hard to keep up with my Vitamin D levels. My doctor recommended I take 10,000 IU per day, which is only 4 gummies! The bottle is small enough to keep on my nightstand or put in my make up bag when I’m traveling.

I'm not much for taking pills just to have never been able to swallow them I guess. Takes up a lot of time in my day if I have to try to get a pill down and especially if I have to take several different vitamins which I do. I was complaining to my doctor about it one day and he said why don't you just try taking gummies? Well that was a good answer. This is very good tasting vitamin and saves me time in all day and it's a treat helps you with my sweet tooth, highly recommend them!
