Whats not to love
Just love these guilt free cleaning sponges, they last me a long time even given that when the dishwasher died I didn't replace it so do all my eco washing up using them, using eco liquid and having devised a way to use less water than a dishwasher and keeping costs down. Sometimes we all get lost in the idea that buying cheap items saves us money but I guess we all need to really start visualising what landfill looks like with all of our daily items in them stuck there for generations festering and causing toxic waste (lets just hope the government doesn't decide to build new houses on them!)

First time trying biodegradable scrubs - will be coming back for me
I was sceptical that any compostable scrubbing brush would do a decent job but I'm really impressed with these ones - plus the sponge side is really absorbant. I haven't had to really scrub anything with them as of yet, as I tend to not cook food on high heat, therefore, don't often have baked-on bits to scrub off, but so far, zero complaints.

fall apart too easily, don't create good suds, and the scourer isn't strong enough
We really wanted to go eco with our sponges, these looked great, but my husband was getting very frustrated with them very early on. Our bottle of fairy usually lasts months, it went down really quickly because the sponge doesn't generate suds like our plastic ones did. The scourer doesn't remove even soft stuck-on food (from our non-stick pans), and gets clogged easily. They start falling apart from first use more or less - chunks of coconut fibre shreds come away with each use ,then the sponge starts to break apart. Given the much higher cost, we can't continue with this part of our going green journey at this time, when our non-stick scourer sponges from the supermarket are 100x more functional as well as being much cheaper. Will seek out alternatives, but these definitely aren't for us. (after trying the third one, I relieved my husband of the burden and now am just using them to clean the bathroom with; they only last one use but they work ok for this, so at least they haven't been binned).

Work well but a little thin
These biodegradable cleaning sponges work pretty well. It's my first time using this type of sponge and I have to say they work better than I expected. The rough side does a good job of removing tougher debris from plates etc and the soft side works just as well as a normal sponge. They are a bit thinner than the sponges I typically use though which I sometimes found a little awkward. I'd say they are definitely better than those packs of 20 cheap sponges you can get but not quite as good as the more premium, thicker yellow ones. Not a bad result at all for being biodegradable.

Waste of money
The worst sponges are ever bought. It only last for a week or even less. Such a waste of money

Fantastic sponges!
I was a little weary of these being any good to be honest. The fact you get so many for the price seemed a bit too good to be true but they have proved well worth it!At first they feel rock hard, I was a bit worried they might be harder to clean with than a typical soft sponge. However once they've been in the water for a bit they get a lot more flexible and easy to use.The abrasive side is fantastic and makes short work of any kitchen and bathroom grime I've thrown at it. The soft side lathers up extremely well from just a tiny spot of soap. Exactly what you want from a sponge. Can't fault them really, they've done a fantastic job so far and the fact I have 15 of these I won't be needing to top up any time soon! 5*!

Bien trop fragiles
