Awesome! Super easy to install and very quiet. Fan seems to be made very well and works perfectly.

I did a remove and replace. My installation was very difficult because of where it was in the attic. The fan itself is well made and more importantly, well designed. I picked this fan because of its relatively high cfm and low sone level. It is very quiet. The hangers provided did not work for me but the housing had a rim on all four sides that had screw openings so that is how I supported it. Two screws into bottom of joist and two into other wood installed. I am buying another for a second R & R and praying for an easier install.

Just installed this fan in my bathroom. It is quieter and feels more powerful than my old fan. However installation was not as easy as I expected from the description & video. First, the dimensions are misleading. The opening I had in the ceiling was 9x9", a bit smaller than most fans. The description said 9x9". This is the dimensions of the housing, however there is an extra piece that extends 3/8" off the side opposite to the exhaust outlet, which requires ceiling opening dimension to be 9.5" for it to pass through. Second, the electric box is just about 3/4" above the ceiling. It suppose to snag the drywall. However my old house ceiling is thicker than that - has both stucco and drywall. I had to cut out a 3.5x3.5" piece off the stucco layer, carefully not touching the drywall that's attached under it, to make room for the electric box. On top of that, the installation manual is practically useless. Only one page, with small, cropped, unclear photos and minimal text. It explains practically nothing. It does not even show how to install the included mounting brackets (which I ended up not using). The video is a bit better, but they basically skip all the parts where I had to spend most of my time. I've read another review here that said to disassemble the entire fan - that is NOT needed, and would be hard to assemble back in the ceiling. Do plan to make a couple visits to the attic through the installation - unlike the video, where the guy pulls everything out from inside the house. I like DIY, and do pretty much everything at home. I also installed the old fan, some years ago. That one has just a simple metal box with nothing extending out, which made the measuring and sliding it into place.

This may sound odd, but we have installed this exhaust fan to cool our chicken coop. We have it running on a program that activates this exhaust fan when the temperature outside the coop is lower than the temperature inside the coop. We selected this fan due to its noise level and its CFMs. This is one impressive fan! It's so incredibly quiet! We installed it nearly 18 months ago and it has worked without issue. Over that 18 months, it has logged over 1,128 hours of run time. I don't know what the normal lifespan of a bathroom exhaust fan is, but this exceeded my expectations. So much so that we're ordering four more to go in the new house we're building. Do yourself a favor ... buy this exhaust fan and worry about something else.

It's extremely quiet, you can barely hear it when you turn it on, you cannot hear it over the noise of the shower. The suction power is very good and solved my steamy mirror / walls and moisture problem. It was OK to install. I had to cut out a bigger hole in the drywall in the ceiling. You could cut a hole big enough for the hole unit, with it's little flanged rim, to fit up in but then you'll have to hold it up as you're mounting it and that could be awkward. I carried it up into the attic, got it lined up, mounted and screwed it, and then did the rest. That's probably easier too because of ducting and electrical. Make sure to make a list and take all your tools and materials with you.

Works great and the exhaust fan sound is at a minimum. When we had what we thought was a problem with the unit, they sent us a brand new one to replace, but eventually we found out it was an installation problem. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

Good fan! Helped solve our mold issues. It is a bit louder than the pre-exsisting fan but still a reasonable level that doesn't bother me. The humidity and airflow difference between the new and old fan is night and day. We replace fan that was ~20 yo maybe 50cfm with the 110cfm fan without a light. Smaller 50sqft bathroom. We had regular mold issues on ceiling prior and I would clean it about every 3 months. Fan install went pretty smoothly and took about 1hr. We did have to enlarge the existing opening 1/2" on one side. Along with the fan install I painted ceiling with Zinsser Perma-White and installed a Lutron Maestro single gang switch for vanity light and fan timer. The updates made the bathroom feel much more modern.

I am a contractor and home repair expert. Up until now my go to replacement fan was a Panasonic, very well made, very quiet and easy to install. This fan is now my number 1 choice when I need a simple fan. Just right in capacity for smaller bathrooms. Impressive build quality. It also has a removable wiring-vent connector module to make it as easy as possible to install it from below. The success in installing it without attic access depends on the vent configuration and the length of the existing power cable. This fan also has clips to support it to the ceiling quickly from below, the Panasonic fans I have installed required me to install blocking to screw the fan in place, this is a nice feature. Finally, and best of all, the quality to price ratio is over the top great!

Funciona muy bien y hace poco ruido. Evita contraflujo. Hasta el momento funciona sin problemas

So impressed with this fan. It can bearily be heard when turned on and works amazingly. Very good quality. Recommended for sure

Would have worked well but unfortunately it’s the wrong voltage to work in the uk. Be careful and check voltage it only works on 120v (American power) checked to see if I could get a transformer to reduce voltage but only thing available uses an American plug, which was not feasible 😔

The fan is very quiet as described. For my small bathroom it works perfectly. I see huge improvement. Installation is not easy, but it is not due to the product design. Just most of the job needs to be done in the attic.
