installed on a 2005 onan 4000 that had original carb on it and would not run anymore. install was easy and started right up. awesome for a knock off carb and for the price (39 bucks) ill buy a spare to keep in rv just in case. would definitely recommend!!

It fit my ONAN 4000 and looks like the original for hundreds of dollars less. Generator started right up and ran smooth . Original carb got so it took lots of cranking to to start and then was bucking and finally just would not start. Ran smooth with the same gas the original would not run on. It is rather difficult to install but that is Onans fault not the carb.

The carb was worked great! Generator fired right up. Only issue was I had to make plastic holes for gas and choke little bigger

I had a plugged carburetor on my Onan generator. I called a local supplier and they told me a replacement carburetor was $650. He told me Amazon had cheap ones. I found this one with I choose because of the included fuel shut off switch and hose clamps. Installed it with no issues and the generator runs smooth again. I can now shutoff the fuel at the carburetor and let it run dry so hopefully it doesnt clog as well. This saved me over $600!

Didn't come with all the hardware missing the gas lines and the cleaning kit and clamp's and only one filter.
