Fischer Duopower come highly recommended. They are not the cheapest wall plugs, but they are also not unreasonably priced. Their holding power is significant and I can attest they hold firm in a brick wall. I cannot comment on their performance in plasterboard as I have not had an opportunity to try them in this medium yet.Their sheer versatility and advanced multi material nature means they should be your default option for fixing things to walls in your home. They do not mangle like cheaper versions and I have full confidence that they will hold the quoted weight values with ease. No need to look further - this should be your choice.Tip: If they're ever loose in a hole (maybe you drilled it too wide), you can get a product called "filler discs" (brand name "wet n fix"). Have been using a well known plug for years but they had the habit of breaking up when tapping them in , these are more robust a bit more costly , would buy again in fact I have done .
