After searching high and low for an “upside down” pot filler to replace an aged and broken one, I found this. I was skeptical as comparable solutions cost $800.00 to 2,000 or more! However, I was pleasantly surprised by this. Looks well made and fit in the existing space. It’s been in for several days and seems great. Can’t beat the price.

I purchased this for our new house a few months ago. They just tried to install it yesterday. With our water line in the middle of the backsplash, this was too low. I didn't realize it pulled out underneath the water line. Since it's past the return window, I'm out of luck, had to order a different one that would pull out over the water line. I really just wanted to put this review out there so other people wouldn't make the same mistake I did.This is absolutely nothing to do with the company or the faucet itself. Haven is a great company to deal with. After seeing my review they contacted me right away to give me a refund. I was not expecting that at all. Thank you Jenny, from Haven, if I need any other faucets in the future, I know what brand to look for, and to pay attention to all the details before I purchase.

I ordered the pot filler faucet from Havin for my kitchen. I thought this was such a cool feature to have in my kitchen that would save me plenty of time and struggle having to carry pots from the sink to the oven. It arrived in perfect condition as a result of the secure manufacturer's packaging.The package included the faucet body, mounting bracket, matching cover, NPS-NPT connector, Allen key, wall anchors, screws, brass head work and an instruction manual. It had a nice sleek matte black finish to go with my modern aesthetic. The installation process went well, I had no problem attaching it myself following the instruction manual. It has dual swivel joints that rotate full 360 degrees to get water flow where you need. This faucet is made of heavy brass that will last a long time. This faucet is a great addition to any kitchen. I am very happy with this faucet’s functionality, sturdiness and appearance, I would highly recommend it.

HAVIN impressed me its their gold-plated upside-down pot filler faucet. This was a perfect solution for the limited clearance I had between my microwave and cooktop. Other pot-fillers vendors had products that were either too high, which could not clear my microwave, or too expensive for its own upside pot filler.

This is a good looking pot filler type faucet. The matte black looks great with my kitchen. I installed this while doing a full remodel. I put it to the right of my stovetop under my cabinet top. I love how handy it is and it looks great.
