Best cheap upgrade ever!
I've owned a Lotus Strat clone for over 40 years, a guitar that has proven itself to play better than some of my much more expensive American Strats. However, over time, the stock pickups lost their magic touch, possibly due to the unique experiences I've put this guitar through. I used it for a Hendrix tribute act, even subjecting it to Ronsol, and lighting it up on a fireproof mat during "Voodoo Chile." I imagine the wear and tear over the years, including the fiery performances, might have taken a toll on those pickups.Faced with the options of investing in pricier replacements, I decided to give the budget-friendly route a chance first. My backup plan was to hand over the pickguard with these pickups to my nephew for his project guitars, should they not meet my needs. At just $23, I had modest expectations. Yet, what I encountered was pleasantly astonishing. These pickups surpassed all my anticipations, and I can't sing their praises enough. They offer the remarkable advantage of around 12k ohms output with the switches on (right when looking down at the guitar), and approximately 7.5k ohms when the switches are off. This setup grants me the sonic versatility of both humbuckers and single coils within the same guitar. What's even more impressive is their reduced noise compared to some of my pricier split pickups. So legitimately, these pickups boast impressive dynamics, especially in comparison to the Ibanez Quantum pickups on my recently acquired RG450dx. These affordable pickups smoke the Ibanez alternatives by a significant margin. I almost want to order another set of these and load them in it, and I might if I find the holes lineup, because good lord do the Quantums suck!So negatives - If I had to raise a concern, it would be directed at the kill button. Its response time is a bit sluggish for effective use as an effect, and I find its practical use rather limited. Although it might find its place live for cutting noise between songs, I generally rely on a gate for noise control. Additionally, I concur with the common sentiment about the installation holes. To mount them, I had to resort to using a Dremel with a 3/32 bit, but such minor hurdles are all part of the game.

Very cheap solution and the spoil splitters are amazing
I do like how easy it is to swap out , it’s a perfect fit. It has a little bit of hum and the tone pots are not exactly the top of the line, the pick ups are better The average . All of the coil splitters work and all the wiring done correctly and for that price what can you expect? It’s pretty nice.

Good sound, excellent price!
There have been a lot of mixed reviews on this product, and most of the comments are accurate. Whether or not you like the sound is very subjective, but I really liked it. It is a bit thin sounding, not anything like a higher quality pickup, but again I think it sounds very good. Mine came with what appears to be a headphone jack. The previous one I bought came with a kill switch/on-off switch. The manufacturer calls it an "adapter", whatever that means; I am still not sure. Anyway, they are easy to install, and work pretty well. The quality is poor, just cheap parts, however for under $30, its a lot of fun. The pickups are very hot, mine are all over 10k. I would recommend this, just for fun, you cannot touch this for this price anywhere else.

Not bad not good
It's universal so of course. The holes didn't lineup other than that. I had to resolder it. Theysound pretty good and the phase switches and kill switch was nice

Fits and Easy to Install
It's a well made pickguard. I re-soldered the lead on the middle pickup to reverse the phase in relation to the bridge and neck pickup. This puts it out of phase in the 2 and 4 pickup selection. The kill switch is a nice piece of hardware but it really should be a momentary off switch - not an on/off switch. It will probably be replaced. It makes my guitar look brand new - well, maybe not. Mahalo!

Good tone and very versatile.
Drop in replacement for a Stratocaster. Easy to wire ( solder the white wire to the positive on the output jack, solder the black wire to the negative on the output jack and solder the other black wire to the spring claw for the tremolo string grounding. I am very impressed so I ordered another (1 black and 1 white). Humbuckers in all positions with coil splits for each pickup and a push cut switch. These rock and with the super low the price you cannot go wrong.

Poor quality parts
This looks great, unfortunately all the parts are low quality. The switches are so junky that when you touch the sound goes on and off. One of the pickups was only working in single coil, and if you press it in tr would work on humbucker. Tried to salvage parts from it, and now the other pickups are doing the same. There’s a push button that seems like a kill switch, it isn’t, it is not a momentary switch, it will turn it off and on. Very poor quality. Save your money.
