When I ordered these ink cartridges 1-1/2 years ago, I had no problem using the color ink cartridges. However, when I tried to use the black ink cartridge about a month ago my printer did not recognize it. Looking at my order details, I saw that YoYoInk had a 2 year satisfaction guarantee on their ink cartridges, so I contacted them about the issue. I was re-contacted by Luke Y., who issued me a 15% refund and sent me a whole new set with color ink included. Once I received the new cartridges I tried out the black ink cartridge and it worked. I'm leaving a 5-star review because of the guarantee on these ink cartridges and the amount of money I got to save by using these cartridges.

Follow-up review. At the time I wrote the 5 star review it was based on only the color cartridges. I just started using the black one and am getting extremely poor quality printing of documents. Not only are there shaded areas, but even the individual letters are wavy looking, not crisp.

Got these today and installed immediately. So far, the printing is fine in black but I haven't tried color printing or photo printing, My printer recognized that they were not original HP cartridges and informed me that the color quality may not be the same. I hit okay and it has worked fine so far

The price was exceptional. However the color ink was not vibrant and the black ink was blotchy. I know that it is refrurbished toner but it's very hard to read something when the printed page is not clear.

When you buying a set of aftermarket ink, it is always a trying thing and hope it will work out just fine.We got this set and use it for a while now, it has not give us any issue at all. Works and prints just like the original set of ink! Great products!
