Absolutely love my bed frame. Lovely fabric and quality and just like the picture. Feels solid and it was higher than I was expecting which makes it feel very luxury.However, at 5 months pregnant and at home on my own, I wasn't at all impressed when the delivery men left it outside. They didn't knock. They didn't ask me to sign. They saw me through the window and drove off. It was looking like it was about to rain and the frame was far too heavy for me to move on my own even if I wasn't pregnant. Might be worth the seller considering a different delivery service.Also, a couple of the buttons had come loose on the top row. I'm not sure they were ever in properly. Thankfully they were all still there so I was able to fix them by straightening the pins out and hammering them back into the frame.I would buy this bed again though and think it's a bargain compared to others I have seen.

This bed is beautiful and so grand! Easy to put together, fast delivery and great communication regarding order/delivery. EXCELLENT customer service - would highly recommend!
