Fits nicely, looks good, and seems to be protective.
Unlike some reviewers, I don't think the case is too small - it fits my Klein MM just fine. You may not be able to carry a LOT of cables, but a couple of pairs fits nicely. The hanger may not be as great as some expected, but it is decent and fits the intended purpose. No regrets from this hobbiest.

Fantastic Voltage Case and Hanger Magnet
The Hander case and magnet hanger strap are fantastic. Case fits great and the magnet hanger strap is perfect. This is a must have accessory when in the field when both hands are needed. The magnet strap makes it possible with the very strong. Worth every dollar and I have recommended to my colleagues.

Not designed for Klein MM420, however....
This case isn't designed for the Klein MM420 but it does barely fit. Take out foam inserts 1, 2, and 3 and the meter will fit, VERY snugly. The zipper pouch will hold the test leads and temperature sensor. Those two alone take up most of the space. I'm going to order alligator clips, but I suspect there may not be enough room to fit those in the zippered pouch with the other leads. Even though this case wasn't meant for the MM420 it feels like a good, sturdy case and will likely give good protection to the meter.

It's a nice box for your multimeter. It just doesn't quite fit mine
This might be an unfair review because this box wasn't designed for my multimeter. I bought this to put my old Fluke multimeter in and while I measured the dimensions of the Fluke and compared them against the stated dimensions of the box, it turned out to be a very snug fit. This isn't a big deal except the Fluke's on/off switch is on the side, not on the face like most modern DMMs. This makes it difficult to operate the switch w/o pulling the DMM part way out of the very snug fitting box.I'd like to see a strap that'll let me pull up to remove the DMM from the box kinda like old battery boxes used to have. I can probably fabricate something with some Velcro to do the same thing. Also because of the very snug fit, the Velcro straps to keep it inside the box are pretty much unneeded.

This fit my Klein multimeter with accessories. I was also able to put my Klein No touch voltage detector in with it. Great quality!
