These KEVJES Stackable Silicone Dough Proofing Containers come as total 3 containers in the package. First impression out of the package, I personally like the colors a lot! Yellow, Green, and Grey, these are very nice colors, especially when you stack them together.The lid of the container is made from hard plastic and half transparent, so it is easy to check how much the dough has risen without opening the lid. The body of the container is made from silicon and has a good thickness. The square rim on the top of the container feels hard and I can tell there is a metal inlay inside. This metal inlay is very helpful to support the stacking. The made quality of these containers is pretty decent and should last long time.I make lots of homemade baking, including pizza, these containers work well for me. When not using as dough proofing container, as mentioned in other existing comments, you can also store food inside. Being 100% Food Grade Silicone and BPA-Free, these containers are totally suitable for food storage. Overall, I like these containers a lot and I would recommend.

I've been using these for meal prep. I can prep ingredients and store them so when I'm ready to cook I've got all the parts cut and trimmed or washed and cleaned and portioned out and ready to go. These have also been great just for storing left overs. Again, great for portioned out meals but these have also been perfect for soups. Haven't had a chance to use them yet for doughs but they should be great, much better than the bowel and plastic wrap I've been using. Great containers for proofing and storing, awesome for freezing dough balls too. Unfortunately, they are too small.I make Pizza Napolitana using 280-gram dough balls as well as NY Style which uses 325-gram doughballs. It would also be nice to have one of about 1.25-1.5kg for bulk-proofing and bread dough.

The Kevjes silicone storage bowls each hold 500ml and are about 5-inches round and 2.5-inches high. They are designed for proofing 250g balls of pizza dough overnight (really makes a difference!), but we use them for leftovers in our camper. They stack together when empty, but don't flatten. They are made of heavy-duty silicone with a metal inlay around the square rim, so DO NOT MICROWAVE as the rim will arc. They are dishwasher safe and the lids do seal well.A great set of silicone storage bowls (if you remember not to microwave them)!

I love these containers! Yes, they are the perfect size for proofing pizza dough. They are flexible, easy to clean, the lids fit snugly, and a metal rim inside the upper lip helps keep the containers sturdy and the lids secure. Beyond that, they have many purposes. I have SouperCubes and love them. These containers are made just like them. Each container holds 2 cups comfortably. 2 1/2 cups if you fill to the brim. That makes them perfect for freezing leftovers or storing in the fridge. Time will tell how long the metal rim holds up but they really do seem sturdy. I'm very pleased. A bit pricey but if they last long then worth it.

Nice container but incredible small. Certainly not big enough for a standard pizza.. totally regret this purchase .

These dough proofing containers are a good size for personal pizzas - for instance dough for a pizza oven, which is what I got them for. They are easy to clean and seal closed well, much easier to use in my opinion than cling wrap and as an added bonus they're reusable so more environmentally friendly. I'm quite pleased with them.
