Digital 382 remote control 2-channel 868.3 MHz --> Replaces the former Digital 302 868 MHz

The first order was mislaid in the post, but on contacting the seller a replacement was dispatched. Have to say this item exceeded my expectations, being smaller than the original pictures, and much better than my old remote (on the left). This item has rubber buttons, secured as part of a plate that protects the rest of the insides. Copying my other remote was super simple. Plan to order another.

Dropped the old garage door keyfob in water and it went a bit haywire, so checked the spec and found this on Amazon. Very good price and delivered sooner than expected. Followed the instructions provided using the small metal prongs provided and transferred the code to the new from the old control fob in a matter of seconds. Worked straight away. Battery and clip holder provided too, so very pleased.

Took a few minutes to get the correct orientation of the linking unit, but successfully got it up and running. No problems. Worth mentioning that my local supplier took 8 wks to get me the exact self-same item, and charged me more than three times as much! (I had comitted myself, and didn't feel comfortable with renaging). Moral? Amazon, especially as in this case, it was delivered in less than 24 hrs, at no cost. 5 star all round.

Looked for cheap 'clones' but in the end decided to stick with the genuine item. Very happy I did. Easy setup and the unit works perfectly - longer range than the original too.
