select 10 Pack of 3-4 inch Live Butterfly koi

The media could not be loaded. I ordered these koi based on other reviews of good color and variety and am very pleased. The shipping was exactly as stated in the listing and the koi arrived in an insulated box with an ice pack to combat July heat. There was an extra fish included giving us 11 total and all arrived alive and active. We don't have a separate area to acclimate new fish so they went right into the pond with our older fish. It has been a week since they they arrived and we have not lost even one and my other fish have not had any issues showing these are healthy additions. We had hoped for some yellows and were very excited to see two in the group. These are as large as what local pet stores sell for $12 each but much prettier. We are very happy with our purchase and would buy again from this seller - in fact, we are considering expanding our pond so we could add more!Update: July 18, 2020I killed my first koi - totally wasn't prepared for a bacterial contamination after the hurricane that came through. We were terribly upset to lose them, the fish were so beautiful! Anyway, spring came this year and we bought more from this seller with the same great experience and now with much more wisdom. The koi are doing fantastic and we got another great mix of color. We lost one due to a predator we think (snake maybe) but the rest are growing fast and super healthy. They wait like dogs under the lily pads begging us for a treat every time we walk out to the pond and put on quite a show for guests. I tell everyone this is where they need to go for koi, I think they treat them for any issues before shipping as I have never seen such healthy fish without any need to treat. This years fish are now 3 months old (to us) and longer than my hand now. They are the larger fish in the video which is this years group.

UPDATE 10/10 - All fish survived through summer. They are growing fast and getting ready for Winter now. If your thinking about buying Koi, after many months of having my Koi from this supplier - I can fully recommend them. They are indeed healthy and colorful Koi - and I'm glad I purchased 10 together. They were the first fish in my pond and definitely keep each other company. Big Thumbs up!>>>>>Could not be happier. I was super apprehensive and worried I would not get a good color variety so it took me a little while to go for it and buy them. They shipped them out Monday and I got them Tuesday morning. Very healthy, active fish and my variety was pretty much identical to the photo! I have yellows, a white with peach (nice!) orange, a peach, black and whites. Could not be happier. No instructions sent with fish - but I had researched a lot before hand. Treated them just like aquarium fish - acclimated to pond for about 20-30 mins for temperature, after that I opened their bag and slowly introduced pond water so they wouldn’t be shocked. Don’t feed for 24 hours. They all happily swam out and are adjusting as well as can be expected. They were all over the pond by end of first day and love it right under eh waterfall. Even jumping into it (playfully) Would totally buy again - thank you for the awesome colors! TIP: At first, i was trying floating koi food. They wont come to the top of the pond - so they wouldn't eat it, so I went and got large flakes and that has worked for me to get them to eat. Eventually the flakes sink, and the fish grab them.

Hello. I requested gold and red and black. Took almost 2 months to get bc he had to wait for shipment to come in then sent them to me which placed the fish under extreme stress for the travel. Came in small box with barely room for the fish and air. 6 of them when opened seems sick on their sides and the others skin looked weird but I couldnt identify it. I placed them in my pond hopeing it will turn out well. 6 dies within 4 hours. The rest died each day noted fungal infection cotton cloth on bodies this is due to stress from travel. All died. Poor quality looking fish dont havr good color or patterns. I usually dont buy online thought it might give it a try. I have been fish pond expert for 10 years so I know how to keep koi fish. I'm just worried for my fish dur to the infection they presented to my pond. Dont want replacement fish at this time. I would suggest going to ur local store.

This is my first review I've written...ever. I was that impressed. I took a chance buying these butterfly koi, because of the differing reviews. I live in upstate NY and the fish store is in Florida so I had my doubts. The box arrived and was sitting in the sun when I was notified. It was very warm and I thought my fish were cooked. I was delighted to discover every one of them was alive, and the colors were exactly what was shown in the advertisement. Their fins and bodies were healthy and they started eating as soon a I acclimated them to the pond. They've been 2 days in the pond and so far so good. I highly endorse this company. Deb ZUpdate... they are still healthy and growing 2 weeks later!Update December12th, 2023. I brought them indoors for the winter as my pond isn't deep enough for our climate! (Next year's project) and put them in a 150 gallon pond. They are still beautiful and growing.. smart too. I couldn't be happier with them!

The media could not be loaded. Loved the color variations. Package and shipping very satisfied. However, the kois are far from 3-4 inches. At best about 2-2 1/2 inches. I waited to add them to the pond because they were so tiny. I didn't want to add them with MY 3-4 inches(added pic). week later they have all adjusted. However, the solid gold shown in video did not make it. It was the largest one of the pack but from day one I didn't feel good about that one. You can kinda see how slowly it moves From the day i unpacked. I hope vendor reads my post and can replace one for me without me having to go through return process. Keeping my figures cross that the other babies make it.
