Each cartridge contains 8 gram pure N2O, and each cartridge can whip 1 pint of heavy whipping cream. If you have a larger volume cream whipper and has more than 1 pint of whipping cream in it, you should use additional chargers accordingly. To add taste to your whipped cream, you can add sugar and flavor extracts to your heavy whipping cream. Follow the user manual with your cream whipper.
