This has been one of the biggest hits of the summer! My kids have had an absolute blast playing with this bubble blower. It creates more bubbles than we have ever seen and works really good!Personally, I don't think 6 batteries was all that bad or even unexpected. It is a HUGE bubble blowing machine, after all. Besides, we use rechargeable batteries... and rechargeables only last around half as long as normal batteries. After several weeks of play, we have yet to change the batteries.My kids think this is one of the coolest outside toys yet and absolutely love it. This would make a good toy for kids of any age. It would also be a huge hit at any summer bash. Highly recommended, for sure!!!

So, past 2 summers have been a horrible mistake only having 1 portable bubble maker. Grabbed this one since I semi recognized the brand.Here's the thing, this requires SIX AA batteries. So be prepared. And there really is no packaging, it's just secured in brown cardboard. So, it's not really giftable. That being said, its a legit toy. You get 1 container of bubble solution, packaged like coconut water. This toy drinks thru the bubble solution, so have extra on hand. SUMMARY: you need 6 AA batteries & Extra Bubble solutionHow to:- Dip Bubble Blaster into tray of bubble solutiom- Pill trigger, and Bubbles!

First off, the quality and quantity of bubbles this thing produces is amazing! However, it takes a bit to get there.The bubble blaster arrived in pretty banged up plain cardboard packaging so definitely not very gift-friendly. Once I opened it up, I realized it needed 6 (!) AA batteries. Luckily we had a bunch of rechargeables and were able to install those quickly. It also includes a small bottle of bubble solution - which we ran through quite quickly once we got rolling!Here's the main problem: there's no reservoir for the bubble solution. Each "dip" produces about 3 seconds of bubbles - which, yeah, it's a gazillion bubbles! But if you want more, you need to go redip the blaster. Rinse, repeat. While this was initially a hit with every kid, it only took a few minutes for them to hand it off to the next kid and it wasn't long before they were trying to pawn off the job on an adult.Overall, makes lots of bubbles, but a pain to use.

This thing is such a good value! It is the best bubble maker I have ever seen and it looks like a construction truck. It literally makes 1000s of bubbles using any type of soap. My kids absolutely love it!

TLDR: Lots of bubbles equals lots of batteries! I would absolutely keep this in mind before you buy this, as it needs 6 double A batteries. We handled this okay bc we have rechargeable batteries, which helps immensely and I definitely recommend getting rechargeable anyways as it’s better for the environment and your pockets! So that aside, this gun is huge and fun, and comes with a small thing of bubbles in a paper carton type of container. The gun itself does make a bunch of bubbles but you have to re-dip it into bubbles pretty consistently, which is my only other complaint. I think most kids will like this but just keep in mind the amount of batteries and bubble solution your going to need before you buy!

My niece and nephew love this toy! It generates a ton of bubbles. There's no direct loading the bubble solution into the blaster, instead it has a tray that clips on and off the front of the blaster. You fill the tray with the bubble solution and dip the blaster into the tray. Generates A TON of bubbles! Comes with one bottle of bubble solution but you'll probably want to buy a couple more! The blaster also requires 6 AAA batteries to operate so you'll want to have some nearby.Highly recommend it for anyone who loves their bubbles (and as my niece said "who doesn't love playing with bubbles?")!

The Gazillion Stormin' Bubble Blaster is a BLAST! Here's the thing, getting it started is not, as this bubble gun requires 6 AAA batteries! The boxed bubble supply this came with is okay, but the box was a bit defective, and I tossed it and instead went out and bought a jumbo container of Gazillion bubbles. The blaster works well, and yes, there are a gazillion bubbles! If the blaster starts to slow down, take the cover off and then rinse off with water; the blaster will work well again immediately.

I played with this at a pool party and I think the adults enjoyed it more than the children. You do have to stick it in the bubble mixture each time, but it produces tons of bubbles!! Runs on batteries.
