The measurements include the gold rim lace, which is very pretty but has holes in it; thus, the food area is quite small. My fault to have not taken that into consideration when ordering. I have ordered a larger diameter that will serve my purposes. I am keeping the small ones because they are very attractive, and I will find a use for them. The gold rim is about an inch wide. Hope that helps.

Not at all what I expected

I love these plates, especially the lace design around the perimeter. They were the perfect size for desserts. I just wish they also came in rose gold. (My wedding colors were silver & coral & the rose gold would have worked for the coral.) They were also a great price. I saw others that were not nearly as nice, but much more expensive.

I love the sturdiness of the plastic plates, no plastic odor, and delicate silver filigree around the edges. Though the I was planning on using the 7-1/2" plates for 6" pineapple upside down cakes - which ooze, and may overrun the silver filigree - I can use them for the other party foods and traditional 6" single or two-layer cakes as well! Very pleased with the price and the multiple uses for festive events.

These are sturdy plastic plates. They are really pretty. I haven't used them yet but I know they will hold up. I bought 3 sizes and will be making a 3 tier cupcake stand out of them. Only wish I could find the largest size (10 inch I believe) but I cannot find them anywhere. Shipping was fast. Would definitely recommend!

These dishes aren't the standard dish soze

These plates were delivered in perfect condition none of them were broken. I was a little nervous but these exceeded expectations. Heavy sturdy plastic looked beautiful on the table. I would recommend and buy again.

I bought a set just for my bridal party and I think they will go well with the chargers that I am going to put them on. I think it will set our tables apart.
