The metal on the part feels strong. The cushion is the same that was on the original part.

Works great and good value. Performs just as original and only takes a couple of minutes to change out. Fit just as the old one does. Velcro is strong.

Got these in, removed the old pad, and the new one fell right into place. Super easy installation, seems to be as high, if not higher quality as the original. The Velcro holds the discs extremely well!!! Hands down, a great performer as replacement!! Highly recommend!!!

Original was plastic pad back new one has metal. Not sure if this may change ocilation because of added weight

I have not used it yet, but this replacement part fits perfectly on my Dewalt random orbit sander. Holes match up for vacuuming, and screw holes also match up. You have to screw it on the sander, and there are two layers of Velcro for sticking sanding discs to this. Comes with a spare too. So happy! I cannot live without my sander. This corded Dewalt RO Sander is the best. I also heard the Bosch and Makita versions are good too. These do the best sanding job for woodworking walls, car, etc. The Palm Sander is not good. This is excellent. Thank you!

Great item to replace mine that went bad.

These should be stored in a cooler environment. We’ll see how the metal framing holds up this time. So far so good but it hasn’t that long yet.

The disk got perfectly. It works as I would expect a DeWalt disk toIt fit just like it shouldI was a little leary not buying an exact DeWalt replacement but no worries it works fine.
