Tungsten4x4 T4000S 1.9 HP ATV/UTV Winch 4000 lbs Capacity Waterproof with Synthetic Rope

I got my new winch installed on my new 2020 Honda Rubicon the same day it arrived. The hardest part of the installation was no fault of the winch. The bumper was very difficult to get back on. But once that was done, the wiring diagrams were pretty straight forward. The long black and red wires that run from the motor to the battery behind the seat were too short for my ATV. But the wires that run from the Controller to the Battery were too long. So we cut and spliced them and had the lengths we needed. Controller was mounted in the toolbox behind the battery at Honda's suggestion. Then came the wireless remote issue. NO instructions to wire. So I got online and found how to do it. For anyone else stumped, here's the wiring. You'll mount the remote receiver next to the Controller. The green wire is an antenna and doesn't hook up to anything. Red wire goes on B+ on the Controller. Black wire goes on B-. The yellow and white wires have male and female connectors to connect on the 2nd wires coming out of the side of the controller, the ones you wire the handlebar controller to. Wallah. Everything works!

Works great so far, not had to use yet, but that is good, will update after a year to how it's holding up and performance

I was debating on what kind of winch to purchase and then I came across this one! It has quality gears and it’s very strong, it’s definitely worth every penny. I’ve had to contact customer service on a question about size, and within minutes I was contacted, customer service is by far the most important thing in any business! There company is absolutely knowledgeable about there products and they really make a great product it is perfect fit on my Honda pioneer 700-4 2020, and I love if my kids need to touch the rope they won’t get cut, much better than steel galvanized or air craft cable much safer happy happy happy!!! Don’t pass this up price is great and quality part, and Customer service is extremely excellent

UPDATE: only lasted a little over a year. Installed on a vehicle specific mounting plate for 2017 900s. Instructions were a little fuzzy but winch seemed to be built well and the price is unbeatable. I Didn’t use the wires push button. Just the wireless setup remote. Update got to use it 3 times this past weekend it pulled my 900s no problem at all. Also pulled my brothers 900s out of a deep mud hole.

Not happy at all. First off took over a week to get. Once I got it, it was in to small of a box . Now after I opened it I see way. The winch was in 2 peaces. The motor was broken off of the rest of the winch not repair able.... sent it back and decided to not order a replacement, and just get a different brand from some place else.

Liked it so much bought another one for my other UTV. This wench is strong. Pulled a Toyota Tacoma stuck in a sand wash with my Polaris ranger. Although the truck dragged me when I started to wench had to hook up to two other UTV's to pull him out. Everyone was impressed. Have used it four times now to save myself and other UTVs.

i haven't really tested it yet but it was easy to install and all parts seemed to be good quality. May change review to 5 stars after i have used it.

Product broke right after installing but return was fast and easy, seller reached out and was willing to give a brand new one but went a different route
