Amazing great watch for $. Accurately takes BP, oxygen & heart beat.
So far its accuracy is also surprising .. it takes blood pressure, keeps up with your steps and other types of exercise whenever, wherever you wish. Our cardiologist has been wanting us to track blood pressure readings which is a lot more inconvenient to do - tgetting the machine and cuff out, put it on, then measure and wait while it takes the reading....This you just hit the "measure" button and bam, in a minute or so you have the readingWe've had Samsung, Fitbit and other 'much more expensive' watch/health readers and always quit wearing because they quit working, aren't accurate, are a hassle to take readings, set up, the apps are complicated, have too many options,or to just generally use. These are attractive, well designed, light weight and easy to get used to wearing quickly. We both highly recommend!!(( Ps - I bought the gold case with pink band for me and the silver case with black band for my husband. We switched bands since I thought I was setting mine up first but, it was his so just switched bands rather than delete app and info and start all over again))

Great Product For The Price
Overall 4/5 for the functions and price. Personally, I purchased this for the BP function. There are mixed reviews, but I think I know why.Everyone wears their watch differently - some tighter than others - and a regular BP machine will inflate to get the reading. Your watch doesn't do that - but it will give you a general idea. I think it's a good ballpark reading based on what I've seen, but I'm not fully convinced on the accuracy. I think it's OK for most persons though - still use your BP machine if you feel "off" or get a more expensive device that's specifically for BP monitoring.I like the features. I like the size, build and options.I wish the BP was more accurate. Wish it could answer the calls. Wish the watch faces were more customizable - they do have some good options, but I'd like a classic analog watch with digital timer inside and date plus weather. Haven't seen one like that, but I assume it can be done. Some persons had issues with it showing steps when they were swinging their arms - I didn't have that issue. I did walk and it didn't register, but it was just a few steps around the house - not sure what's up with that.Haven't tested the exercise features yet. Will check on that and maybe revise or add to this review later one.Overall - still 4/5 for the price point and features. Just ensure you do your own checks beforehand.2023-12-06 *UPDATE*Nothing new really. Just information.- Pressing and holding on the screen allows you to change the watch face at the watch.- Swiping to the right (from left side of screen) is equivalent to button press in most cases.- Try fooling around with the device to find what works for you.- Will show incoming calls but cannot make or answer from watch. You can deny calls from the watch. The device is fairly OK overall. Wish it had a means of calibrating the BP monitor as I've seen some others with that feature. I find (for me and how I wear the watch) that it's off by 5-10 points too low most of the time, so I just add that to any reading I get.Hopefully this info helps someone in the decision making process. Still 4/5 for me due to false advertising about making/managing calls and the inability to calibrate the BP section. Maybe in a firmware update in the future? We'll see.2024-03-03 *UPDATE*One of the main things I had gotten this for is the BP. I got screen protectors for it but they kept getting messed up and the screen now has 2 scratches. Wish I could find a glass screen protector instead of the plastic ones. Back to the BP. I find that a tighter loop on the band or doing the check while a BP machine cuff is inflated will give more accurate results. When doing the tests alongside an inflated cuff, it will either be the same as the machine or very close. Review still stays the same with a solid 4/5.

Very happy with this
A while back we decided that we ought to get smart watches/fitness trackers in an effort to keep better track of our health and activities. We did a large amount of research and picked out one for the male in the family. It works well and seemed fairly accurate but was fairly large. The female of the family decided it was too large for her and after lots of searching found one that was of a nice size for her tastes. After living with if for a while, though, she decided it was fairly hard to see the face, had a short battery life, was a pain to charge and the smart phone app was clunky. We finally discovered this one and she's very happy with it. The larger size is much easier to see but still looks feminine. Battery life is much longer and the app is easy to understand and use. We're happy with the decision to get this model and are confident it'll provide years of service. While it's known that these types of devices usually don't, and can't be expected to, provide medical grade accuracy, this seems to be fairly accurate and very consistent.

pseudo calibration shows it is very accurate on BP
easy to use and set up the appgetting very low readingsw for BP in the morning (less than 110 systolic) but since i exercise a lot in the morning and am not over weight I figures it wa probably showing me a relative number that i could bank on. After all how far off could it be since it raise 30-40 mm when i am working out hard.My preg daughter an her husband were here for pre Christmas and i had them try it since they are normal. They showed in teh 116 to 138 systolic range ( my daughter is the high but what is expected from her condition). She is normally 120's in the Dr office. That took a great weight off my mind evne though other reviews here said it was accurate according to their DR visits. My BP is all over the map during the day- especially if I have not had enough water. I found that I have been dehydrated and since adding a lot more water my BP is low.Good device - I highly recommend the accuracy even though a lot of on line discussion pooh ppoh's these electonic devices. The cuffs that are automatic are more inaccurate in my previous testing in a Dr's office.
