Had this phone for a year and is still perfect as a new.

Excellent service from the seller. Original phone had a couple of problems so I contacted the seller who had left his details and contact number in the package with the phone. He answered the phone straight away, listened to what I had to say and said straight away that he would send another one to me. This new one arrived the following day and worked perfectly. The seller sent me a returns label for the faulty phone which I then returned. I'm delighted with my new Galaxy S23. The battery lasts absolutely ages. I definitely recommend ordering from this seller.

It is a brand new device but European not uk so you may not get all uk updates and some apps may not work such as Samsung pay. You will need to speak to Samsung uk to register for the warranty as it an eu product code. This is easy to do. Well worth the reduced price but needs to be advertised as eu device which is why 4 stars instead of 5.

Very good phone, works well and is quite fast

Been an import, I had my doubts, but this quickly disappeared. It arrived early and was factory sealed in immaculate condition, as expected to be brand new. Worked as any other mobile would do, purchased in the UK and at a much cheaper price. I paid a little over £300 whereas in uk it would have cost me over £500

If you don't want to pay even more money for an iphone, this is a great choise. I am not an expert in phones, but have been using it for more than 6 months with no issue. And battery bettee than expected. Also very nice selfie camera.

Hate the new operating system, the keyboard apperance and the hundreds of Samsung apps already preloaded. Good physical size but why put all buttons on one side so you never get to press the right button. Also thicker than previous versions with a tacky bit of metal surround. No SD card, no removable battery. Overall it would appear Samsung S phones are going backward in usability, look cheaper, smaller useful storage and signicantly increased cost plus you have to change them every three years due to battery or going so slow. Maybe this is the last Samsung S phone I am going to own after owning half a dozen since my S3. Come on Samsung stop trying to make an I phone lookalike and go back to what you did so well before. Be a leader not a follower!

The phone arrived a day earlier than expected. It was in the sealed box, beautiful. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this phone and the seller
