The media could not be loaded. I bought this in used good condition. It came with all parts, new bags, and a manual. The packaging was so impressive that I thought they had sent me a brand new one by mistake. The only indication that it was used was a slight dusting on the floor rollers of the vacuum and the box.I had a blast vacuuming my stairs! It's lightweight, not too loud, and the head is incredibly smooth to control. The angled tip was perfect for corners. The suction power was fantastic – powerful and with a long-lasting battery. Specifically, because it's so easy and fun to use, I find myself looking for opportunities to use it.The battery life changes derasticlly depending on the power level you set it to (easy, medium, high, or Jet), the battery never died on me. Even on the first use, I did a lot of vacuuming and used Jet mode multiple times. The self-emptying bucket works flawlessly, pulling everything out. There was only one instance where I had to manually clean it – when I picked up a broken hair tie I missed during pickup.The bag in the base seems small, but it holds a decent amount. The functionality is top-notch, and every moving part on this vacuum is smooth. The parts with manual buttons feel sturdy yet soft to use – my arthritic grandmother could easily use this vacuum.

I’ve been researching stick vacuums for a while now. I was mostly focusing on the Dyson models, but couldn’t find one that met my needs. They were either not powerful enough or too expensive. Plus you need to change heads on all the Dyson’s depending on if you’re vacuuming hardwood or carpet. Then I came across the bespoke jet and it met all my needs on paper.I’ve been using it for a few days now and I can easily say I love it! It’s not as powerful as my corded Shark vacuum, but it’s so much more convenient. It does a great job on both my hardwood floors and my carpets. It’s light, it’s much quieter than my corded vac, and it’s super convenient to easily be able to vacuum around the house without constantly having to find outlets to plug into. On the mid setting, which is mostly what I’ve been using, the battery lasts about 20-25 minutes. It would be nice if it lasted a bit longer, but I can usually get through all my vacuuming before it dies.The stick itself extends to make the vacuum longer, which is a really useful feature. It can easily be removed so you can use the vacuum as a handheld, and you can vacuum both hardwood and carpet with one head. No need to change heads.And of course, the absolute best part about this vacuum is the stand w/ the auto empty feature. When I’m done vacuuming I just pop it on the stand, push a button and my canister is cleaned out. I never need to manually empty it, which always gets dust everywhere on other vacuums. The setup with stand looks great too. I’ll eventually need to change out the bag that collects the dust in the stand, but it comes with a few extra, so I’ll be set for a while.We’ll have to wait and see how the vacuum holds up over time, but as of now I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I’m going to end my review here so I can go vacuum some more.

The product works good. Overall it’s pretty light weight. I like that it gives you the battery life left while in use. It has decent suction power. I feel like the mid level isn’t as powerful as I would like. They should of made the mid level as powerful as the high and made the high as powerful as the jet level. I like that it empties itself out. The downside is that you still have to go in and clean out some of the hair that gets trapped in the dustbin. As well as clean out the roller brushes. I recommend deep cleaning once a week to wipe down the dust that might of build up throughout the week to keep it smelling and functioning great. So far I like it, it matches our other Samsung products which is nice. Just wished it was a bit more powerful and didn’t trap hair.

Came nicely boxed. Went together fairly easily. Came with extra bags. Self cleaning/empty is simple. Starts on next to lowest power setting. Almost always put to lowest setting. Head is no taller than tube so gets under furniture with amazing ease. Screen tells how many minutes left on battery at current power level. Stand is east to set up and easy to use.Manual empty is a little more complicated but quite doable.A bit of a struggle with old shag carpet as you must push harder.This is NOT the AI model of which carries many more negative reviews.I got this for wife who has wrist/hand problems using our Shark full sized corded vac. She has no problem using this cordless stick vacuum.Would definitely recommend and purchase again. Getting on Black Friday made decision a no brainer.

Great vacuum! We also looked at Dyson but they were too expensive and this one had great reviews on Consumer Reports. Love that you can empty the canister with the touch of a button, get into crevices, use in the car, etc.

Though this vacum started out great and we were very satisfied, now that the return period is over (of course) the vacum seems to have run out of steam-a very expensive mistake we made. It does not like pet hair or dust and continuously clogs. Do not recommend.

Love the vacuum. It is great in every aspect with the exception of battery life. The battery at 100% lasted less than 30 minutes at best with the min to mid setting. After requesting a battery replacement because original was defective, we were offered a 10% refund towards a new battery or approx $75, however a new battery is $150.00, and for the cost of the vacuum this is not great service. It was definitely not what I expected. Very disappointing.

I really wanted to love this little vacuum. I absolutely hate the high price of Dyson throw in the fact that you don’t need to empty the canister as often, and I thought this would be magic. While it is nice having the canister automatically cleaned out when you set it back into the stand, you have to telescope the arm back down to a small size. I am also not impressed with the sucking power. It’s not horrible. it just doesn’t seem that great for the money that I paid. Wished I had just spent the money on a Dyson.
