I've had this vacuum for about a month now, and I actually look forward to zipping around the house with this thing... It's very lightweight, battery lasts long enough for me to do two floors' worth of hardwood, rugs, plus carpeted runner on stairs , also some light dusting with the attachment. Suction is excellent. The real highlight though is the BAG. One review mentioned that the flap staying open after using the bag suction is a flaw... I got in the habit of closing the flap right after doing bag suction, and it's no problem at all... then it's ready to go for next time. This vacuum is designed SO WELL. I've had Dysons and I hate the bagless vacuum idea, I find it disgusting to have to breathe in all that dust just trying to empty it out. Worse yet, on my Dyson i found myself having to dig around inside to pull vacuumed gunk out. Never buying one again. Lastly, the cup and filter design is brilliant, so easy to take apart and rinse out. I've only done it once so far, and it really wasn't that dirty. I have this out in the open in our mudroom because it's so darned cute, I just cannot hide it in my broom closet, even though there's room and it has an outlet. ;)

This vac is pricey $$$ but it is worth it to me because my back is bad, and this thing is lightweight and easy to handle. I can vacuum my living room and all the dog crumbs in less than 15 min. This vac does so much more than the floor, it has two other attachments that clean my window boards, and this works great for me. I would buy this again for sure!

I’ve only had his vacuum for several months and I love it. No cord! Automatically empties dust into cylinder! Hepa filter! So far I’m a happy camper!

The product works good. Overall it’s pretty light weight. I like that it gives you the battery life left while in use. It has decent suction power. I feel like the mid level isn’t as powerful as I would like. They should of made the mid level as powerful as the high and made the high as powerful as the jet level. I like that it empties itself out. The downside is that you still have to go in and clean out some of the hair that gets trapped in the dustbin. As well as clean out the roller brushes. I recommend deep cleaning once a week to wipe down the dust that might of build up throughout the week to keep it smelling and functioning great. So far I like it, it matches our other Samsung products which is nice. Just wished it was a bit more powerful and didn’t trap hair.

This vacuum broke less than a year after I bought it. I sent it back to samsung to have them attempt to fix it. It cost me $70 to send it back which Samsung did not cover. Upon receiving the vacuum back, it broke within the first 15 minutes of use. I have attempted for over two weeks over multiple hours of calls, emails and text support threads to try to get it fixed. Samsung wants to have me ship it back to the exact same facility and will not cover the previous cost or the future cost. When I tried to ask for a refund or even half back, I never received a response. It's not ideal to sell a lemon, but if you do, at least support the product well enough so that it doesn't take more than a dozen interactions to not satisfy your customer. Truly exceptionally awful.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this in used good condition. It came with all parts, new bags, and a manual. The packaging was so impressive that I thought they had sent me a brand new one by mistake. The only indication that it was used was a slight dusting on the floor rollers of the vacuum and the box.I had a blast vacuuming my stairs! It's lightweight, not too loud, and the head is incredibly smooth to control. The angled tip was perfect for corners. The suction power was fantastic – powerful and with a long-lasting battery. Specifically, because it's so easy and fun to use, I find myself looking for opportunities to use it.The battery life changes derasticlly depending on the power level you set it to (easy, medium, high, or Jet), the battery never died on me. Even on the first use, I did a lot of vacuuming and used Jet mode multiple times. The self-emptying bucket works flawlessly, pulling everything out. There was only one instance where I had to manually clean it – when I picked up a broken hair tie I missed during pickup.The bag in the base seems small, but it holds a decent amount. The functionality is top-notch, and every moving part on this vacuum is smooth. The parts with manual buttons feel sturdy yet soft to use – my arthritic grandmother could easily use this vacuum.

Light weight and easy to use

Love the vacuum. It is great in every aspect with the exception of battery life. The battery at 100% lasted less than 30 minutes at best with the min to mid setting. After requesting a battery replacement because original was defective, we were offered a 10% refund towards a new battery or approx $75, however a new battery is $150.00, and for the cost of the vacuum this is not great service. It was definitely not what I expected. Very disappointing.
