I am also a therapist who frequently works with individuals with sensory processing issues. It is through watching children learn to use fidgets to help them that I thought I should try something myself. Purchasing this necklace was one of the best ideas I've had! It is fashionable, looks like a typical necklace but I am able to fidget with it and chew on it (preferably when no one is paying attention). The texture is awesome; it is both smooth and varied, chewy (like a gummy bear), and a variety of shapes. I am always looking for ways to disguise support strategies for my clients (and myself). Great purchase! I made a diaper cake for a friend’s baby shower and added the necklace last minute. It’s hard to tell from the pic, but it’s looped around the monkey (also from Amazon). The beads are firm, yet soft silicone for baby teething noms - and the back has a snap attachment in case baby yanks it. Momma-to-be loved it and had never heard of them before. I’d love to see more color options.

Listen, it’s great. Sometimes with these necklaces the beads make the necklace hang all bulky and weirdly square, but this one hangs so naturally, plus the colors are great. It’s nice for when you want to add a little jewelry, but your baby is super into putting everything in their mouth.

I think this is very pretty and just like the picture (bought the coral & cream colored one) but it's a gift for a baby shower so I have no idea what the Momma will think or if the baby will love it too?! Quality wise I would recommend it, it is soft and is double knotted between each bead. No strong smell right out of the bag.

I really loved this necklace! Most importantly my baby did too! I've received lots of compliments on how pretty and stylish the necklace is. It's low enough for baby to grab and fiddle with while nursing and smooth enough for baby to gnaw on.

The teething necklace arrived very quickly. It had no discernible silicone odor. We purchased it for our daughter to wear when holding our 6-month-old grandson. He immediately put it in his mouth and started working it. We heard someone compliment our daughter's new necklace and enjoyed the surprise on their face when informed that it was a teething necklace.

The style is great! Easy to wear and not bulky at all. My little guy (4 months) is getting used to the smaller bead size. I like the size of the beads because they aren’t huge like some other teethers. The grapefruit color is so nice. I am really liking this necklace. I think it’s a great gift idea even if the mama didn’t register for it.

These necklaces are fantastic. My 7 month old had rejected Sophie the Giraffe and many other teething toy. However he can't get enough of this and it keeps him on my lap for nice long cuddles!

People often comment that they like my necklace without realizing that it's for my teething baby, she uses it all the time, it's great and looks nice. I will buy one for my pregnant friend and keep mine as an accessory

My little one loves this so 5*. Can't say I love the look of it but because it soothes my little ones teething it's a winner!

Great necklace - love the different size beads and textures. I prefer this to others I've seen as there are more beads on it for if my son reaches higher as only having a few beads would be very limiting!

Really lovely breastfeeding necklace. 3 month old baby was starting to get distracted, scratching me & pulling on hair. Necklace is working well & gives her something else to pull on. Happy to let her mouth it & will be lovely as a teether as has plenty of beads.

Love this and so does my teething 5 month old. It could do with being a little longer. Overall it's perfect for her to grab and chew on.
