Great when it works, which is basically never
The good:The mounting equipment is great. Got mine positioned nicely above my dials and inside my windshield. The screen brightness is good, no problems seeing it in any conditions. The resolution is fine and touch screen is responsive. No issues operating it while riding. The mounting bracket for the screen itself is nice and easy to quickly insert/remove the screen and there's a thumb screw on the back to completely secure it if you don't trust it, haha. I've not used it though and it's not fallen out once, and I've hit some serious potholes and speedbumps!Works perfectly with Waze, Scenic, Calimoto, Google Maps, Apple Maps, etc.The bad (here we go!):I've used this with both my old iPhone XR and my iPhone 12 Pro, across a few different iOS releases, so I know it's not an issue with either my phone or OS as I've tried multiple. It CONSTANTLY forgets the connection and will not reconnect. You'll be riding fine, stop for gas, turn the bike back on and it'll be asking for the pairing key and will not connect to the phone. So, gotta delete the pairing on the device, then delete the bluetooth pairing on your phone, delete the carplay entry and then reboot the nav. After that, you pair up, asks to sync contacts and such, THEN it's a coin toss if it'll say "Do you want me to use CarPlay?". If it does, happy days, you're good until the next fuel stop. If it doesn't, repeat the above steps and try again. Each time you do this, you'll have lost all your CarPlay icon settings and have to redo it all. This morning, I did it 5 times before having to give up and have someone else lead instead. I've used this screen on several trips where I'm supposed to be the lead and it has ruined almost every single one of them. When it works, it's awesome. But I can't sit around for 30 minutes, repeatedly rebooting the damn thing and making everyone wait for me every time we start a ride. It's essentially completely unusable. I'm outside of the return window so I'm just stuck with a £189 waste.Maybe it works better with Android, but if you're planning to use this with an iPhone, don't waste your money, it's just not reliable enough. If they ever fix it, I'll update the review as, honestly, it's a solid 4 when it's working.

Nearly good
It's nice to have Android Auto on the bike, able to use Google maps, control music etc. And it is far cheaper than a dedicated bike sat nav from the likes of Garmin. It seems pretty waterproof, though in very, very heavy rain it can suffer from phantom touches on the screen as the water runs down it. I've used it all summer and only had that happen once, despite many wet rides.I've had occasional random reboots, which is irritating. But then it started only running for a few minutes, or not powering up at all. A bit of experimenting showed that it was the hard wired power supply that had failed - running the unit from the supplied USB cable into a portable power pack was fine, but the hard wired unit would sometimes only put out 1V rather than 5V.I fixed this by cutting out the bad unit and replacing it with a better quality one, splicing it into the cabling. Luckily this final failure happened when I was at home rather than on tour. I could probably have returned under warranty, but as others seem to have iffy power problems decided to just fix it myself.Pairing with my helmet or earbuds is a bit hit and miss. Once paired it always works until I want to pair it with a different helmet, but it always seems to take me several attempts to make it happen.I've run with a Samsung Note 10+ phone, Sena and Shark intercoms, Aftershokz Openrun Pro headset and Qudelix 5K bluetooth DAC.It doesn't update the time on the home screen from my phone, and when you turn off power to it the time is lost and the unit immediately turns off (there is no internal battery). Additional to replacing the power supply, I added a timed relay (B07SR4BX95) that keeps it powered up for a minute after I've turned off the bike. The main reason is that without this, if you are connected to aux power on the bike then when you crank it the unit turns off and restarts - interrupting your music and needing you to wait for the sat nav bits to come up again. There doesn't seem to be software updates to it, so what you get is it.Overall I like it, but it does feel a bit cheap and Chinese in implementation. It's not as polished as a Garmin or Tom Tom, but is only 1/4 the cost.

Solution
Overpriced in my opinion and could do with having a slightly larger screen hence four stars. However, cheaper than a dedicated sat nav as I can now see my route clearly in eye line rather than looking down at my phone on the handlebars. Connects with my helmet intercom but the volume is lower than when connected straight to my phone. Also allows easy access to other apps on the phone which is really useful. Voice activation from my intercom doesn't work and you have to press the very small mic icon on the screen to interact if required and this tends to be a bit hit and miss when moving. Not sure if firmware updates are available. Seems to be waterproof so far but I haven't used it over any distance in a downpour! Overall a good but not a perfect solution. Used with Android Auto.

Can’t link to phone and bike helmet.
There is a “fix” but it means losing some functionality. Better to spend a little extra on a unit with dual Bluetooth.

Not for me
I never leave a one star review however as I rode along the unit would lose power and go through the complete start up process which meant the display was not showing my route, I suspect it was a loose power connection, but I gave up and returned it.

Avoid like the plague!
Im on my second unit and they power off and reboot constantly, seems they can cope with the vibration of a motorcycle. Its a real shame because when it is working it is a fantastic bit if kit.
