How long it take to boiling 8L of water?

It takes about 15 to 20 for a full tank then stays hot continuously, when you top up obviously it needs a few mins to bring it up to temp. I used it for making tea in my shop.

Can you set the temp to lower if you don’t want boiling water ?

I can only see an on/ off button, no temp setting
