Really convenient, and works really well.
I had used the coated cardboard fold or roll up sun shields for years. But they were so big and pd annoying to keep in car. And made my wife crazy when she got in and I started to roll it up and she had to duck out of the way. Well, okay, she nudges aside for this too, but it is smaller and faster. It folds into what looks like a small umbrella and you strap it and, unless using again very soon slide it into an easy to use fabric bag, again much like a collapsible umbrella. And the bag is itself open enough on the end so you don’t have to struggle with it. Easy and quick and toss on back seat. And, it DOES keep car a lot cooler.

Nicely fit
At first im hesitant that this will fit my 2025 Toyota Sienna because of the wide window but im impressed that it did perfectly fine. When i tried to put in at first its kind a hard but when you get used to it its easy specially if you know where you will exactly put the base. Overall i like it. This is the best sunshade that i’ve used. It came in with a pouch. Just like the regular umbrella.

Vital in hot climates
These things actually seem to work for the most part. It's pretty simple to use and provides decent coverage, it's definitely an improvement from the big rollout or folded ones, it's convenient enough to actually use every time you get in and out of the car, and it's fairly effective, so it's a better investment than something you don't use. Making it a must anywhere that the sun can cause your steering wheel to burn your hands. It's a bit lightweight, but the concept is clever and it keeps the car cooler, especially the parts you have to touch to get the ac going.

Easy to deploy and put away
It's exactly like an umbrella. Easy to set up and take down. Much quicker to put away than the folding or roll up shade. I should I transition to this style much sooner

Mostly fits Bolt EV
I want to say that this is a 5 star concept but the execution gets 3 stars. 4 stars is really tempting, but it can be slightly annoying each time I use it, and the constant annoyance brings it down an extra star. I don't mind that it is a little short (it leaves the sun load sensor exposed so AC from remote start works better). I also don't mind that it is a little wide and I have the bring the top fingers in to get them on the windshield.I like that the metal skeleton is protected and covered where it could scratch the dash. One of my two main criticisms are that it folds over at the edges when expanded and in place. Why couldn't the skeleton extend to the edges of the reflective fabric? The other is something that bugs me every time I fold it. The Velcro piece that dangles from the rearview mirror doubles as a strap to hold the folded shape tight. The hook part of the Velcro attaches to the loop(ish) fabric on the edges of the black side. Then I have to find the fold that has the offending accidental attachment and undo that in order to continue folding it. Sometimes I can dangle it out of the way before an attachment happens, but that is only without a passenger and it is not as reliable as I would like because the strap does hang down from the top, meaning it is likely to hit what is below it (everything).I really like the concept and mostly like the actual product, but I wish that they would have taken a little more consideration in the design to work out the admittedly small flaws that only seem larger than they are because they bother me repeatedly.

Good product.
Had this for a while now. Much faster and easier to store than flip open or foldable shields. Can double as an emergency umbrella in pop up showers.

There should be 4 size options instead of 3
I am giving this product 4 instead of 5 stars due to the available size options: 52x31, 61x33, and 63x34. It is a great product and does help with the hot Florida weather.Unfortunately my CR-V windshield falls between 52x31 and 61x33. The length is great, there is more coverage than a previous one I had by a different manufacturer. The width is the issue as mine is a few inches shorter than 61x33 that I purchased. I was hoping it wouldn't be an issue, but it expands beyond the windshield and is a bit finicky to get it to widen for the proper coverage. It is very durable and the bars are sewn onto the material covered by stronger material at the tips ensuring they won't break through the reflective material. That was the primary reason I chose this one. The one I previously had worked very well, except the tips of the bars broke (fixing with sewing didn't work) through the material and scratched my interior. The compensation for the rear view mirror is great! But unfortunately, I can't utilize it correctly due to the width issue.Worth the cost. Again, would be better if there was a fourth size option between 52 and 61 in width.
