Super laptop
So i have been using it for the past few days and wow am amazed by the performance and graphics of this laptop it comes with the pen and the battery life is really good 4 days I didn’t have to charge it and i still had 47% as a university student with back to back classes from 8 till 2 with taking notes and going through slides , presentations, emails, web browsing writing assignments it lasted very well I would recommend this laptop its worth it.

Like the design built, speed and weight. Perfect choice of a laptop for your day to day activities that doesn't involve heavy gaming but little bit more than your nominal entertainment experience as well as your tasks be it office, school or personal works.

Product Faulty
Bought this laptop from Amazon but after a month it stopped charging, so laptop is now unusable. I tried alternate charger of same specs and brand but wouldn't work. Needed an invoice to repair this laptop under warranty but Amazon told me that Seller is no longer available. Amazon is not providing the invoice and not even responding to my messages. This is really bad! If Seller of this product left Amazon, why I am being punished. Hope to get some response or remedy to this issue from Amazon.

Stylus was missing
Product is very good and good pricing also, However Stylus in part of the package as per order, after delivery you will come to know that it's not there, then you have to connect to seller he will supply separately. so overall order to delivery experience was not pleasant

Received on time, also got support for one year warranty by seller "Game Over". The seller is prompt in responding for further assistance. Laptop is good so far and hoping not to face any issues after using regularly.
