Good flavor. Requires creamer or milk, and sugar for a chai latte, bit has a great chai flavor. Only complaint is the box always arrives squished and the contents spilledUPDATE: in addition, I've realized there is inconsistencies in the amount of tea per pod. It says it comes with .11 ounces per cup but sometime you get a box with cups that all have .5 ounces. This makes the tea incredibly strong I'd you are used to the lesser amount. I buy several boxes at once but with the recent order, I can't drink it because all the cups have at least .5 ounces of tea which is way too strong for my taste. I have to empty all the cup and use the reusable cups so I can fill it myself. I have enough loose tea from these to last me the year now and I've canceled my subscription.

The first time I finished steeping this Chai tea, the amazingly delicious aroma reached my nose and I was solidly in love. I have been buying this product ever since and I was even more won over by the economical price and tasty, crisp taste of this wonderful product. This tea will always remain my first choice.
