Impressive, bound book that contains every how to guide you could imagine for your type three even broke down how to tear apart the door wind wing vents amazing detail in illustrations.

My husband helped a friend do some work in a trike that he had bought. The engine information was a big help. The book arrived a few days after I placed the order. Great service.

Item came exactly as described and fast shipping. This manual details almost every procedure you'll need to keep your T-3 running. There are great diagrams and pictures of parts along with wiring diagrams and vacuum diagrams. The procedures are very well written and have accurate descriptions. If you happen to need something that's not in the book, check out a website called The Samba and ask on the forums there. Make sure it's not in the book, they'll tell you to check there first. Good like with your T-3!

Very informative. This book provided information that other books do not even touch. As this was the first time I was working on a VW and the car had some parts missing, it helped me identify what I needed and how to fix wiring problems.

I bought 4 different manuals for my 73 Sqareback and this is easily the main book that I use. Amazing detailed photos and step by step instructions. It is a must for any do it yourselfer! The keeping your volks alive by John Muir comes in second but I feel is organized a bit odd and is sometimes hard to read.

This is a great manual for any level VW repair "expert" ... from the hints of finding hidden bolts, screws and wires to the more complex EFI trouble-shooting ... this book has it all. Considered the repair "bible" by owners and Type 3 wanna-be-owners ... the only thing that would make it better is to go back to the full-color wiring diagram that the earlier editions had in the electrical section. A "must have" for any T3 VW/owner collector.

If you own an air cooled VW, and you intend to perform any significant maintenance yourself, GET THIS BOOK. It is the definitive text on maintaining your vintage VW. It covers practically everything you will need. If this book suggests taking the car to a pro for a particular maintenance/repair item, you most likely should do just that.

This is ESSENTIAL to any VW Fastback or Squareback Type 3 owner. Greatest manual ever written for these models, very helpful schematics and wiring diagrams, you could essentially wire the car yourself with just this single book. Very much worth the price. If you can't find it new, get it used, you will not regret it.

Ottimo manuale, molto dettagliato con esplosi e spaccati molto utili.Le varie procedure per la manutenzione ordinaria, regolazioni o per riparazioni son descritte passo a passo con tutti i valori di riferimento.

Notice d'époque complète (en anglais), il manque juste les références des pièces VW et ça aurait été parfait ! Un chapitre dédié aux boîtes automatiques, c'est pour cela que je l'ai acheté.
