The wrong button sequence, got it into a confused state (time reset to 0:00, and wouldn't go into time set mode).Removing the battery, and waiting a few seconds didn't solve it (but waiting overnight did).Setting the flow rate is difficult, and you can only set one rate, so it's only a guess.The suction cup doesn't like our tiles, so it's fallen down a few times and is still working fine (have the strap as a backup now).But: It's got the time, and gives you an indication of how long you've been in the shower, so does it's job well.

Does the job but the screen mists up very easily.

Quite fiddly to set up, suction pad wouldn’ stick to the shower wall and after 3 weeks of use, water seems to have got into the battery casing causing the unit to stop. Shouldn’t a shower timer be water tight?! Will be seeking a refund.

Got this as my teenage daughter was having 30min showers and all the kids were arguing in the morning!

This product is great just because it gives you a figure of how much water you use/waste under the shower everyday, and is incredible that you can reduce that time spent in the shower by simply looking at the screen.This is actually something who helps the environment and the your wallet.The only difficult thing is calibrating it and operation to difficult to be done even in two the bag is to small!Arrived with the fitted battery completely discharged and with a second new one in the box.Delivered in two days.

The reason I bought this was to try and stop my 4 teenage children spending so long in the shower!It hasnt worked though because they dont bother turning it on!!As others have said, the suction cup is useless and wont stick to the tiles, but Ive got hooks on the wall in the shower so its tied to one of those.I didnt bother to fill the bag that comes with it to see how long it takes to fill as in my mind Im just wasting water, so I just set the timer.It works for me - not that I spend very long in the shower anyway as its me that pays the water bill!something like this would be brilliant if it turned on automatically when you turn the shower on.

Absolutely useless.Instructions don't allow the unit to be set up and it is supplied with a spare battery as the one in the unit is flat!Complete waste of money.

Really helpful for helping my 9 year old to be quick in the shower/bath, although it could do with having a timer too.
