I grabbed this pre workout to liven up my gym sessions, and it’s definitely done the trick. The blackcurrant flavour is actually pleasant, not the usual chalky taste I’ve had before, and it mixes well with water without leaving clumps. I usually take it about 15 minutes before heading out, and by the time I’m warming up I feel ready to go. The scoop inside makes it easy to measure, though the powder can puff up a bit if you’re not careful when closing the lid. What I like most is that it’s become part of my routine without feeling like a chore, and it helps me push through the tougher sets. The tub size lasts a fair while, which makes it good value. Overall, it’s been a solid addition to my workouts. Worth the money, and I give this product my recommendation.

Mixes nice and easily, and tastes great! Seems to work well as I find my workouts last longer and feel easier with this on board than without having one of these drinks up front. Unfortunately the price per serving is double that of similar products and the massive jar it arrives in is only half full. Fill the jar for the same price and come back to me, Activlab!
