NAX POWER PRODUCTS 1000S self-propelled lawn mower with Briggs & Stratton combustion engine of 125 cm3 capacity, 450E series, mowing width 42 cm 45-litre basket deck cleaning system

This NAX Lawn Mower has many of the features that even the most expensive Lawn Mowers should have but don`t, Swivel Castor Front Wheels, Fixed or Swivel, Side Vent for Mulcher, Plug to Main Chute, Hose Pipe connection for Self Wash, ease of Maneuverability, quieter than average Exhaust, and is excellent value.However, the Manual leaves much to be desired, note that there are 2 English Language sections, Pages 4-9, and then 40-47, you do need to read both and know that they are there.Some of these Lawn Mowers are delivered with Residual Oil, and some are With Oil, you need to ignore all such advice and purchase Oil SAE 30 with your Lawn Mower and then Test fill, a bit at a time, if it takes anymore than a small amount then your Lawn Mower has effectively NO OIL.Why they should should send out any Lawn Mower with NO OIL in, only Residual Oil, I cant imagine !!!Wary of what they say reference Oil Changes at 5 Hours and 25 Hours we investigated after 1 Hour, and found there to be excessive wear in the engine, which is obviously manufactured with high tolerances, not low as they should be, the grey sludge you see in the Pics attached and Others too have photographed show this wear, the sludge is Metal from inside the engine.We changed the Oil 3 times, ran the Lawn Mower for a few minutes, change and change again, 3 times before the Oil ran clear, and will change it again after 1 hour.This is not good enough.This is 2025, this is a well designed Lawn Mower, Briggs and Stratton should have done better.

Could not find uk made product near his price point . This £275 ish competitor was £ 425Fair good price compared with competitors ..Self propelled , fixed speed .. be warned …..no more sedate strolls doing. The grass …….. But this does not have to be used .Steerable front wheels , I like this ….Grass Capacity ok for me , height adjusts .Sturdy well made construction ,NOT electric starting . But I found start up easy . Hold red handle up to hand bar . 3 pushes on carburettor nipple , pull recoil cord , starts first timeEngage self drive by lifting black handle up to hand bar …….and keep up if you can ..mower stops moving if black handle released .then you push .Uses fair amount of petrol . Does not come with oil !!!!!! Needs half litre , which I had ..half tank petrol does about 600 square metres very long rough grassInstructions , well I’m retired engineer , I found them …..challenging …. In the end I looked at the pictures of the mower and followed the pictures .Comes with Plastic grass discharge guides , I do not use , a drink can holding ‘ thing ‘ which screws to handles ??? You may feel it’s needed .I’m actually very , very satisfied with mower ,

The mower is easy to use and cuts well, but I was very disapointed when the metal cross bar that supports the front wheels has sheared during use (See photos). I have followed the return details on the Amazon website only to find that this is a non return item, Website details advise contact manufacture who are based in Poland with no UK stockists other than Amazon.Hopefully I will receive a response from the manufacturer soon, but I am not holding my breath.

I came across this self propelled mower online whilst looking for a replacement for my old Hayter. I have a number of tight cornered flower boarders and the front castor wheel arrangement is perfect for swivelingaround the edges or side swiping overhanging plants (the castors can be locked in place for straight runs). Minor grumbles-the grass box could have been made a little larger and the self propelled speed is a little too fast for my liking. Early days, but this machine appears to be fairly robust and the fact that it was fitted with a Briggs & Stratton engine gave me the confidence to buy it.

I love this lawnmower. It was easy to assemble and came with a comprehensive set of instructions. Once set up, it's simple to start and provides a nice, close cut. You can quickly adjust the height. The best feature is that the front wheels can be unlocked, allowing you to swivel around easily or avoid obstructions. It's power-driven, so I only have to start it up, walk behind it, guide the lawnmower, and, of course, empty the grass.What was a chore is now a pleasure, especially at this price.

I was worried that this looked a little tacky/gimmicky when ordering but my fears were put at ease on arrival.Superb bit of kit - and easy to put together.I recently bought a Mountfield SP of the same power etc and this Nax Power is far far superior.The wheels one the front is a great feature, they can be locked in place or released to allow for amazing maneuverability in tight spots and corners.The wash out feature is so good as well - just attach the hose and run the mower for a bit and cleans it up well.The height setting is great and feels like it goes higher than the Mountfield which is handy over rougher ground.The grass collector looked small which I was initially worried about but it really throws in it there.Compact mower overall which is great for storage.Even has a cup holder.Make sure you have a mower oil to fill up with when unboxing. The oil reservoir is also placed so well compared to others I've used which have been a nightmare to get oil into without a suitable flexi-funnel. This one very easy and clear on the dipstick.Will update after a few more outings but so far, very good.

Absolutely loved this lawn mover. I bought a mountfield lawn mover and it was horrible and had to return it back. I can see the difference with the Briggs and Stratton engine. It starts smoothly and cuts the grass with ease. I love the swivel wheels, it made the maneuverer so much easier. Not sure why this is not a standard in all lawn movers. It also cuts the edges far better than other lawn movers. Overall very happy with the purchase. I have just used it once and will this review updated as time progresses
