The table was well packed and arrived without a scratch. The assembly guide was simple, screws were labeled and it took 10 to 15 minutes to put it together. The wood finish is very pleasant and the table looks as nice as on the photos. It is not a table you should stand on, and you'll have to be gentle and careful when you assemble the top until it is secured with the hardware. Also, make sure that when you assemble the back board, the pre drilled wholes are facing up. For the drawer, place in rails and push hard to secure it.

The wood is heavy and solid, not particle board. The hardware for assembly is well marked, sealed in numbered bags and comes with an Allen wrench. The only tool you need is a Phillips screwdriver. The shallow drawer comes preassembled and the drawer runners are already attached. Assembles in less than an hour. Couldn't have been easier.

The packaging was terrible on this product. No corner pieces to prevent chips so the top table has a chip and almost ever piece of this PARTICLE BOARD product is chipped or scratched or cracked. The assembly was also poorly done as you'll see in a pic of how the screw was put into the board too close to the edge causing it to split. I have not yet assembled it, as I got it last night and today spent my morning cleaning up the blown in tiny Styrofoam pellets, which SHOULD HAVE BEEN corrugated paper and thicker sheets of Styrofoam (as this was super thin and cheap packaging materials). NOT ALL WOOD, particle board is technically sawdust glued together, but the top seems to be wooden, with a corner chip in it upon arrival.

It is a good looking desk don't get me wrong, I also didn't experience as issues putting it together but that may be because I had the tools to properly do it with minimal effort. I was very sad to read "Solid Wood Frame and Legs" and think the top would be wood too. It is particle board with veneer. That's my only concern, also the brackets that how the desk seem weak with small screws but I went with it and haven't had a problem thus far. The drawer slides nice and has pretty good storage. It's not very wobbly, but it's on carpet so that may be why. Overall not a bad buy, I bought mine in the 100's not the 200's. I think 241, or whatever it fluctuates to is too much for this desk.

Great table, arrived on time with no missing pieces and without any damages. Recommend two people to assemble. The height extension kit is sold separately by the same company and recommended for a taller person or for a standing table.

Our family's main artist was super excited about this desk since it had a solid wood top (the one we saw at a local art supply store had it with a glass top). He uses it every day for class as well as his art projects.

This table looks very cheap in person, and is poorly manufactured. There are several spots that are cracked or bent, and with a poor varnishing job. And there are animal hair (I think) varnished into the table. I also ordered the leg extension and the wholes for the screws are in a angle, which makes the legs in a angle as well. Definitely don’t recommend.

Right out of the box the hardware wasn't the correct size. I had to look through my garage to find a nut that fit the bolts. Also the ball bearings from the drawer rails were falling out , the drawer has to be pulled out with two hands so it doesn't get stuck. One piece of the wood on the drawer was broken off . Poor quality for what they sell it for. I didn't bother to try to put it all back in the box and return it ,what a disappointment. I bought this for my 8 year old daughter that loves to draw. I will not recommend this item unless it cost $50 not $200

Pour les dessins de table c’est correct, déposer un café bien chaud, bien sûr le plateau à plat, placer son radio portable, mettre un livre et serrer des pinceaux c’est L’idéal. J’aime cette table d’accompagnement.

It shakes when you want to coulour sth. Not very stable legs.

Easy to put together, exactly what I was expecting for the price!
