It works, and has remained intact and straight through quite some work I've done with it.

Disappointed.
It looks the part, but it's not very sharp. I'm beginning to doubt this is a genuine Bosch product. I had to use slightly smaller drills to take out most of the wood, and then use this 12mm drill to finish the job and achieve the hole size I wanted. Very disappointed.
