Product arrived on time, and assume will work but my package only had one metal tie. Bummer

The app isn’t seamless. But for the cost and the fact that it’s lifetime, I think it’s a good investment. I will still be attaching a luggage alarm. But that is because I rarely travel and I tend to overprepare.

I am traveling in Southern Asia and bought these before I left. They are well made and attach quite easily. I read some of the reviews that indicated that the tags fell off - that is because they did not tighten the screw on the metal wire link until it bottom out. I experienced no problems with it.I hope I never have to find out but I feel better having them on my luggage. It is really easy to set-up over the internet and have recommended this to family and friends.

One of these will be a spare and the other is a replacement. Believe it or not, one of our large suitcases had the carry handle ripped off during a recent trip and the previous tag obviously went with it.

This luggage ID Tag is easy to register and i felt safe knowing that if by any chance my luggage got lost, it was no need to worry because Smart Luggage would locate it and i would be returned back to me

I was pleased at how quickly these were received and am happy I'll now have a way of tracking my luggage. The reviews by others looked great so I'm all signed up now and will look forward to having the extra protection.

The peace of mind. The worst is when the airline loses or misdirects your luggage and it takes an hour and a half and transfers to five different people to find out where it is and when you will get it back.

Ordered a 2 package and it came promptly.Item is delivered as seen in add.Each product is made from a coated metal disc and looks quite indestructible.Product comes with a small steel cable loop for each ID Tag.Registry online process is quick and easy to do.

I received this item on time and I think it's a very useful for travelling. The order came with two but I can't use the second one because the metal clasp that fastens together was put on backwards so I was only able to make use of one of them. Cool product overall though.

These baggage tags are very well constructed, and will provide peace of mind while travelling. Time will tell whether being registered is worth it, but I like the idea.
