Great taste and really healthy for miso soup or On toast

Good Quality
The miso paste was tasty and worked really well in recipes but it is probably not the cheapest way to buy this ingredient but it is convenient.

French Miso
I actually didn’t know you could get Miso from France, so I thought I’d give it a try!I just made myself a soup with hot water, I thought it was delicious! Really impressed - will definitely buy again.

Strong umami flavour
Used this in a vegan recipe to make a Ragu - the strong umami flavour gave the dish a real meaty taste!

Pasteurised
It's completely my fault. I didn't read carefully enough before I ordered, and now I have 2 jars of fairly nice tasting but pasteurised miso. "Traditional method, natural fermentation", according to their website... but pasteurised, so what's the point?Disappointing. I won't buy it again. The Clearspring Brown Rice Miso is unpasteurised, slightly nicer tasting, and cheaper.
