Film is not water soluble
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, very moody! I would avoid and go for ecover instead.

Poor Quality
The product delivered was old.The tablets if put in with the wrapper would stick to the casing and not clean.The dishes do not clean properly with this product. Avoid !
