Superb quality and company service
I have broken the cap and the company replaced it for me.. the response of technician was excellent. I am totally satisfied with the service of company and product. Good steel bottle, can survive multiple falls as most of the kids tend to throw their bottles. You need to note this Does not maintains water temperature as it is not thermal support.

Need to work on Design
I have plenty of bottles for my little one of extremely good quality and thought of giving Luv lap a try as this one is steel one. This bottle is good when it comes to quality of steel but i would like to tell Luv Lap, being such a big brand for kids product in India you must think about design. To make this bottle attractive they have done painting from outside and have different patterns which comes out so easily in two three wash. If you are feeding your kid with bottle then this paint residue will stick in hand of your kid and as my daughter 4 months old have a habit of putting her hands in mouth a lot this residue would have gone directly in her tummy if I had not noticed. These days there is lot of fuss about microplastic and that's why everyone is opting for steel or glass bottles but what is the point if you are making such poor quality design. I am highly disappointed with this product and request Luv Lap to take it down and come up with plain steel bottles which don't have any paint in it. I am ok to have unattractive good bottle for my daughter rather than this poor painted attractive bottles which will not remain attractive after two three washes. Also this is not a cheap product so please do work on your quality.
