I use homeopathic items all the time, have for years. This does help calm my seasonal allergies. Doesn't stop them, but I can feel a difference. I use it on my cats as well. With so much pollen out in the woods, my cat's will start sneezing and this helps to calm it down.

These tabs are great. I put half a tab in my cats water and it helped their allergy sneezing.

I took this for a while, but it clearly wasn't enough for me, so I am taking Guaifenesin Powder that I make into 00 size capsules, one in am and one in pm.
