I do a fair amount of electronics work at my desk with small components. I need a light I can precisely place and adequate light to illuminate my work area. This is a surprisingly good light for the job.It's very good at holding it's position, has a wide/even beam pattern and is defused nicely so there's actually minimal glare for the amount of light it emits. A lot of lights these days have a really focused beam pattern which results in a hotspot with lots of glare, and the rest of the area is somewhat under lit. That's not the case here.Would be nice to see an improvement to how the power cable is arranged, sticking out the way it does is a little awkward and potentially could get bumped/damaged. Something lower profile or more guarded would be an improvement I'd like to see.

This lamp is pretty solid. I've seen some people complain that it feels cheap, and while I don't think it's a super high quality build, I don't find it cheaply built either. It does the job. The arm stays in place well. I like the temperature and brightness control, though it's a little tricky if you really want to fine tune it. Not a bad light, though $120 seems a bit high for it.

I had 10 minutes before a Zoom meeting and I decided to see if I could get this Lume light up and running. No problem! It was easy to set up, I didn't even need to read instructions and the light was perfect for my meeting. I looked much better than the regular overlight light I had been using. I think this is going to work perfectly. A bit pricey but the ease of use and versatility is worth every penny.

Might cost a bit more yet worth every cent. The simplicity, the light functions, all make sense for my needs.

Update again….I damaged my light well trying to bend it the wrong direction. As much as I love the light and have incorporated it in my storefront, I do wish that there was a better customer service as I’ve reached out numerous times about this, and as about being charged for a return I have yet to hear back from the organization. The light itself is great and I hope I can fix mine, but customer service is lacking.Just wanted to update my previous review as I did discover there were a couple of user challenges, however, with some practice discovered how to fix those challenges, and I am absolutely in love with the design and the amount of light that it puts out I just wish the price point was betterI truly wanted to live this late, and I have been waiting quite some time to purchase one of these lights. As one who has multiple ice, including several logitech, Newer, Govee, Ulanzi and several professional grade photography lights say I am disappointed in the lack of a certain versatility and a disability of this late as claimed in the description and in instruction manual.Pros: the light has great adjustability in terms of configuration and is very bright.Cons: brightness is only slightly better than lights, half the price point more over. There is no visible difference in the “adjustability” features.I really did want to have two of these lights because I love the configuration and the sleek footprint however, I am glad that I did not purchase two as the cost is very high for the functionality.I can not in good conscience recommend this light as the output is not truly adjustable as described, and the price point is double most other similar lights, giving a close to equivalent output.
