This is a really great cookbook. I have bought copies for several friends. The apple cake with caramel sauce is wonderful as are the brownies and muffins. Good salads and main course meals too. We love the roasted vegetable strudel.Buy this book.

Great, great recipes. The carrot cake is the best I've ever tasted. Easy and quick recipes - I have a young one so I want recipes to get straight to the point which this book achieves with ease. Enjoy!
