I love these noodles! I make these garlic chili noodles using these and they are so good! My favorite noodles to use for asian dishes. I love how quickly they cook and the texture of these noodles.

No comparison to other wide, flat noodles. Lack of texture and taste. These would be great to use as a glue for kids projects, just more expensive than standard glue. Threw these out and sourced another brand that is far superior to this.....stuff.

I bought them for the knife cut shape, they are good noodles, but no better than any other good one in a different shape. At what they cost, I won't buy them again. They also stick together like a brick very quickly after draining, so don't wait with putting them into your sauce/dish.

Eat noodles frequently. Have tried many kinds. These are one of my favorites. Just wish less expensive but still worth it.
