One of my ears was very stopped up with a bunch of ear wax. I couldn’t hear for about 3 full days because of all the ear wax buildup. I did Deborax for 4 days inconsistently tried taking it out with the syringe that the kit comes with but it didn’t really come off with the syringe. The deborax definitely helped soften and loosen as much as possible. I’ve gotten my ears professionally cleaned out before and I came across this kit which is very very similar to what the professionals use. Trust me IT WORKS! The day I got it I used it with Luke warm water and filled up the bottle the ear wax came out super quick!! I definitely recommend purchasing this item! It’s very affordable and it will do the work. As you can see in the picture it was a big ear wax blockage that came out.

My son has constant wax build up and this worked great. It cleared both ears. The bottle does leak, even when secured but we just put a towel under it.

Holy moly, it worked. It took 2 attempts, but the results were great. Price was right, and it definitely worked as advertised, my hearing was improved, and if you have not done this, your ears are definitely full of junk. Pumped out 40 years of ear wax. Just do it.

I originally purchased this because my daughter had some stuck wax clogging her ear canal (fully). I tried everything short of a Dr visit (wasn't causing pain, more annoyance to her). I ordered this because I knew I just needed something more. Boy I wasn't wrong! This actually has a really cool "star" spread of water. Its hand pumped so no batteries (I prefer this method, more control). After using it once with diluted hydrogen peroxide and immediately again with warm water, her giant ear clog came out in pieces! YES! Never have I been so happy to see ear wax....Side note- The ear nozzle is a bit long for kids so take that into consideration so your not causing pain and permanent damage.Kit came with extra nozzles so its very sanitary. The only caution I would say is this- be aware of the tiniest little clear(ish) rubber washer in the hose attachment. I almost lost it while taking it apart and cleaning it.As always- If you are unsure of what you are doing, see your doctor. If there is ANY PAIN (before, after, during), see your doctor. Never stick things deep in your ears. Be smart. Be safe.

I used the earwax removal twice first with the cup and it was difficult for one person to use. The second time was in the shower it was much easier. However my right ear is a little muffled. I still have to try to get water out of my ears by tilting w with no help.my head with a towel. I do not know how a person can do this

This product is great. I had a really bad plugged ear, it was so bad I couldn’t hear out of it at all. The first use completely unplugged the ear wax and it was easy to use and painless. Highly recommended!
