I have used cordyceps sinensis and miltaris of different brands and I can make out the difference. Rooted cordyceps is potent, though not as highly potent as 2 other brands i have used. I say this cause I do brisk walking of 8 to 10 kms a day and the day i take the other brand, I end up having lower heart rate while doing same brisk walking which on the other day would be little on higher side. Cordyceps helps in utilizing oxygen by our body in a much better way. You wont get tired or feel tired doing 90 mins of the brisk activity I do daily.

It takes time but slowly it shows the effect and energizes the body.

I am just a week into consuming this. It seems to be working. My lifting weights have increased & I can do more reps without aches. Need some more time to evaluate.

They blocked my review. I paid for the product and didn't feel any difference. Complete bogus product, don't waste your time Or money on this. Don't think I'm a disgruntled customer, 10 + people felt this product is fully useless👎, used and felt, don't buy.
