Very tasty, dryer than most other rum cakes, but very good in itself. A nice different take. Not too sweet, just right. Somewhat crunchy, nice nice.

Delicious cake that will please everyone!
I absolutely LOVE this cake. It has fantastic flavor and texture with this wonderful crunchy exterior that makes you want second and thirds. When you eat it, you'll wonder why everything isn't gluten free. With that in mind, it's my go-to cake for any celebration and when I can't make the party, it's the gift to send. The presentation is beautiful and will make anyone happy when they open the box!

This cake is amazing!!! I never thought a gluten free cake could be so moist. The lemon is so delicious, perfect with a cup of tea. I can't wait to try all the other flavors. This is a perfect Mother's Day gift!!

I love this cake. I think I had 3x in one day. Not too sweet. I love toasting it. Making it a crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Yummy! I cant submit a photo cause I ate it all.
