I had really high hopes for this when it arrived as it had the specification for the Ricoh printer I own. I was very disappointed when my printer refused to acknowledge the ink was even in it.I have tried following the correct installation instructions and it simply doesn’t work. I wasted money on this thinking it would work as it says it’s compatible. Please be careful as it was so disappointing and still sits in the office
